They DO NOT “have to establish he is a US citizen”
PAXIS.app: The Fourth Amendment protects you.
ICE cannot legally stop or detain you just to “check your citizenship” without reasonable suspicion, probable cause, or a valid warrant where required.
Know your rights. Stay calm. Do not consent.
FIGHT ICE, FIGHT TRUMP, FIGHT FASCISM: gofundme.com/f/PAXIS
Say:
* “Am I free to leave?”
* “I am exercising my right to remain silent.”
* “I do not consent to any searches.”
* “I want to speak to a lawyer.”

O'DONNELL: Americans have been watching videos of ICE tackling a young mother, tear gas being used in a Chicago residential neighborhood, and the smashing of car windows. Have some of these raids gone too far?
TRUMP: No. I think they haven't gone far enough.
