How to advocate for yourself if you are living with #Diabetes and #menopause
1. Do not assume all your symptoms are due to your #diabetes & think about #perimenopause/ menopause
2. Your weight should NOT be a barrier to HRT treatment. Systemic #HRT is first line management for menopause symptoms as per NICE guidance
3. Think about asking about low dose vaginal oestrogen for prevention and treatment of Genitourinary syndrome of menopause early

Myth busted! 🚨
Having a health condition doesn’t automatically rule you out of organ donation. Every potential donor is assessed individually, and your decision could help save lives. 💗 Take two minutes to confirm your choice today. orlo.uk/jCBAz

ALT An NHS-branded graphic debunking the myth that having a medical condition prevents organ donation. The image has two sections: a pink speech bubble labelled "MYTH" with the statement, "I have a medical condition so I can't donate." Below, a white speech bubble labelled "FACT" explains that having a medical condition does not necessarily prevent organ and tissue donation, as donation decisions are made at the time of death. The graphic encourages people to confirm their decision on the NHS Organ Donor Register. The NHS logo appears in the top right corner, and the "Yes I Donate" organ donation logo is at the bottom.
Privileged to see the leadership journey of Miss Jasmine Leonce. A beacon of care and compassion. 🫶🏽
