150 Harrison's modular, supportive housing will NOT be the first in Toronto. We've done it before, we should do it again.

Hopefully everybody is keeping safe and keeping their distance. One of our local artist residents Rick Hyslop wrote this little PSA diddy while he was self-isolating at home. Help spread the word in song. @maritstiles @JohnTory soundcloud.com/user-85270002…

Gonna Take A Lot Of Nerve

This is a fun PSA encouraging you to wash your hands and keep your distance

They have agreed to 10 minutes of questions. Up from the 5 proposed first. To be fair, the questions are likely ones they don't want to answer. Little sympathy for that in this room tonight.
Audience asks about the opportunity for questions. Once again the format is round table discussions. The reason is they get better input that way. Audience disagrees. Dan Nicholson, head of West planning also says that open questions tends to be dominated by one point of view.
1135 units, still proposed to be all purpose built rental. Mix of batch., 1, 2 and 3 bedroom.
Members of BBBD are attending the Dufferin Mall Development public meeting tonight.

Thanks @JoFlatt! This was a marathon of community work, for sure. For many years, too, with people stepping forward and stepping back as needed. Some of our members were advocating for good future use of these school lands a decade ago!

Also want to thank @flettian, our lawyer, who steadfastly and creatively guided us through the final stages of this process. Couldn't have done it without you Ian!
