I'm not anti-mid range. I'm anti-contested shot.
If your spacing is right, your mid range jumpers come off the dribble, which usually means you got cut off.
If you got cut off, you probably need to move the ball.
The argument shouldn't be about the mid range. It should be about how to stop taking contested shots.
