Good Afternoon - Tremors of the next major financial earthquake are beginning to cluster Surging yields (something long forecast) are beginning to break market structure: - AI trade is unwinding (see CoreWeave debt @ 1,000 bps) - Mortgage rates at +7% is crushing the housing market - Sovereign bond markets are melting down (France-OATs) - CPI / PPI - inflationary pressures are surging (WTI to move + stay above $100 per barrel) This is early stage cardiac arrest for hyper-financialized Western economies Where does this end? Good Day - France has been a ticking time bomb for over a decade and finally the bomb is going off The State is crumbling and France is unraveling before the world as a result: - Fuel prices have exploded across the country - France’s fiscal deterioration is chronic and bond yields are surging - Government chaos from years of unstable governance: 4 governments since 2024, 2 ousted Prime Ministers - Revolt and unrest is consuming the country on all fronts: according to the French Interior Ministry, some 170 protests from firefighters, teachers, civil servants brought 200K angry people into the street, perhaps as high as 300K last week - Open racial violence is erupting on the street: France has the highest Muslim population in Europe, banlieues in Paris and migrant no-go zones in Marseille are anarchic, and police forces openly cede ground to tribalized anti-French groups France is in a crisis of sovereignty, the same issue tearing Europe and the West apart Politician Philippe de Villiers put it this way: “the sovereign is changing incumbents” What does that mean? The racial clash ahead is being forced by a rising tide of non-whites openly challenging the sovereignty of Western peoples The demographic situation now threatens Europe with open racial struggle for power Several incidents are crystalizing the racial avalanche snowballing across France, and Europe: - October 1 - A white female police officer was attacked and beaten by immigrants on video - October 2 - A white woman was attacked with a flamethrower in Marseille, France, a heavily non-white part of the country - “les Black Blocs” professional anarchist leftist groups sort of like Antifa radicals in America organized to sow violent disorder by weaponizing non-white immigrant groups and leftist agitators Migrants in France are gaining power via anarchy: arson on college campuses, widespread theft, ransacking street shops and forcing average Frenchmen off public streets is a daily reality in modern France At times, police have been stoned and attacked with Molotov cocktails. In recent protests, hydrochloric acid has been thrown at police officers Pressure has long been boiling so none of this is new, and that is the point Government dysfunction is now unsustainable and there is no relief valve except direct confrontation on the street France is gearing up for the next presidential election in 2027 but these promise to to be inconsequential France cannot vote its way forward and neither can the West. Its problems are so grave the 5th Republic will not survive the ongoing escalation Like virtually every Western country, the country lacks leadership, it is politically paralyzed, and the French people are facing extinction from the Great Replacement Average Frenchmen know this and will eventually take power into their own hands, and so will Europeans across the continent The trigger is likely fiscal collapse and contagion, which will enflame the rest of Europe first, cross Atlantic second Welcome to the Reset!
