gm 🦠 Biomorphic’s public mint ends in 3 days. 24% of the total supply has been distributed so far, mostly through airdrops to 1/1 art collectors and Marfa Weekend attendees. Let’s see where the next 3 days take us and how many Morphics find their new homes. Regardless of the final numbers, I’m happy to have brought this project to life and released something I can genuinely be proud of. All these frontier AI agents are incredibly helpful, but the subscription costs aren't cheap. As an independent creator, I have to be pretty careful about how I use them. Hopefully, they'll become more affordable over time. I'm currently using Grok and Claude Code to manage my business and work on creative coding, but the cost-to-output ratio hasn't made much business sense for me yet. Still got a lot to learn about using these tools more effectively.

JK, I’ve been planning to bring back the generator on my new website, and it’s pretty much ready to deploy :) Does this bring back memories of the golden era?

“Squeegee” Edt of 100 0.042 eth Fully On-Chain on Mainnet Minted w/ ABX squeegee.bryanbrinkman.com Code= 79843 Excited to publicly share my newest work, which debuted at the ArtBlocks Artists Fair in Marfa yesterday. This piece is an infinitely random plot of paint which is spread out with random arcs by a squeegee. This then resets and paints anew every 10 sec. If you double tap it, you unlock Creative Mode which allows you to manually drag the squeegee and even add your own paint to the canvas.

What it took to bring Biomorphic to life 🦠 ART • Years of exploring hand-drawn geometry • Developing Swirls (2025) into the foundation for Biomorphic • Months refining shapes, patterns, and compositions into a distinct visual language ENGINE • Translating that visual language into mathematical rules and code • Turning hand-drawn geometry into lattices, rings, continuous paths & woven ribbons • Defining how shapes interact, fuse, and evolve • Building rules for colour, composition, and seamless animation PRECISION • Python → JS → Solidity • 1,000/1,000 artworks tested for consistency • 674 trait vectors verified byte-for-byte across 3 languages ON-CHAIN • 48,324 bytes for the engine + renderer • 3 verified smart contracts • Extensive contract testing • Deterministic trait generation & on-chain metadata WEBSITE • Interactive Morph Engine • Live mint activity & shared OpenSea supply • Gallery, trait filters & My Collection • PNG, GIF, MP4, SVG & animated SVG downloads • Art Theory & The Tech documentation I hope you’ll take the time to observe both the distinctive visual language and the complexity behind bringing it to life. Available to mint on Opensea 🦠

"tweets like this are intended as 'notes to self', I really don't care how long you spend on your art. I won't ever judge your 'effort'. If it hits, it hits." ~ XCOPY
As someone who has stayed in their lane their entire art career aka created whatever the fuck I want , I often laugh at some the things that go on in this space. The argument “art is subjective” is such a cope in this space to justify some of the bullshit that gets sold. Anyone can spend their money on anything they want, even ai slop but just because you pay for it and pay a good amount for it, it doesn’t make it good art. I’ll even shoot a shot at myself, just because I’ve spent 5 + years on a piece now it doesn’t mean it’s good. I don’t want the time spent on the piece to be the thing that makes people think it’s amazing, I want people to take a deeper look at the intricacies, the colors and ideas that make the piece come together. You know the saying money can’t un-lame you applies here to a certain degree. The truth is there is only a handful of collectors in this space who are actually patrons of the arts, who collect with good intentions & always look for the deeper meanings within the works. Most “collectors” in this space lack good taste & partly it’s not their fault since most started collection in 21. But you can tell who has taken the time to learn and who just thinks they can get away by buying the next hype thing. At the end of the day as an artist you can complain or you can remind yourself why you even make art in the first place. Yes i understand it is the dream of most of us to be able to make a living making art but that ultimately should be a by product. First & foremost should be creating because it’s the thing that makes you happy, the thing that drives you to be a better human or simply because it’s the thing that keeps you alive & sane. You are the driver of your destiny.
