Oh, I don't know, maybe he did it because you're running on a platform of "let's take all of Elon Musk's stuff and throw him in the gulag"?
The mid-terms are just as important as the presidential election.
You NEED to vote. I don’t care about any reason you think you have or how you feel about elections or how mad you are.
Vote.
If you don’t you are obligated to shut your mouth for the next 2 years because you did absolutely nothing.

What if Tesla Cybercabs were 5G to Starlink bridges and they blanketed the cities with them 🤔 – at Waltham, MA
Verizon's CEO said today that SpaceX will need at least 4-6 years and $300B-$500B to fully build out its @Starlink Mobile U.S. carrier network:
"Their service just can't compete with a terrestrial network. In suburban and urban areas, where 98% of our revenues are, we're somewhere between 100x–1,000x more efficient than they are. We know exactly what they're going to do. We know who they're talking to on towers. There's no magic wand. There's no secret sauce. There's no shortcut.
They're going to look at 65,000–80,000 macro sites. They're going to need backhaul, RAN, and a tremendous amount of spectrum. It's going to take a minimum of four to six years to fully build that out. It's going to cost hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars, I assume somewhere between $300 billion and $500 billion.
Then they need to build retail, customer service, back office systems, et cetera. All of that gets them basically the same network and same capabilities and same cost structure as what we have today. Then sometime over the next four to six years, they have the possibility of becoming the sixth, not the fourth, the sixth competitor in the market.
You can be sure over these next three to five years or six years, we are not going to be standing still. Four to five years from now, we will be two to three generations better than where we are today. We will have high-speed broadband gig-plus coverage across the country with our millimeter wave. We are ahead of most people and already experimenting with what 6G applications will look like."

Illegal Monday
Meatpacking plants told us Americans would not do the work.
But only after they laid off Americans and brought in illegals for half the wages while never lowering prices.
Then ICE removed the unauthorized crews. The plants needed workers who could stay. Lines formed. People who had been laid off years earlier came back. Many had been unemployed. They took the jobs at the wages the plants were finally willing to pay once the cheap substitute was gone.
The “Americans will not do this” line was never about the work. It was about the cost of benefits and employees that would speak up when quality was poor without fear of losing their jobs. When the unauthorized labor was available, profits soared and Americans never saw a job opening. When that labor left, the same plants found Americans ready to stand on the line.
The dime saved on every carcass was real money for the company. It was also the reason the job no longer supported a household. Enforcement changed the math. The workers who had been replaced were still there.

Humans are a pack animal.
This may be hard to understand if you are evangelical and think the book of genesis is literal rather than allegorical, but humans are a pack animal.
What this means is that the human desire for the acceptance and support of a tribe is as fundamental as the desire for food, for air, for water, for sex, for sunlight, for love.
If you tell young men that they cannot have a tribe, they're not going to accept that.
Ever.
Especially if you tell that only to the young men of one tribe in particular. They're going to wonder why everybody gets to have a tribe and they don't.
And they're eventually going to decide that you are the enemy.
Because you are. Anyone who stands between young men and what they need for a healthy, fulfilled life is their enemy.
That includes you.
And if you manage to convince them that god doesn't want them to have a tribe, it will also include god.
The more you push back against their healthy and natural desire for a tribe, a homeland, and a birthright, the more they will hate you, and the more exclusive their definition of that tribe will become.
There is no way you can stop this. The only thing you can control is how far they have to go, how radical they have to become, in order to get it.
Because this can go all the way from enforcing immigration law, and shutting down corrupt visa programs right now, to gangs of young White men in balaclavas with Ar15s going door to door ten years from now.
We have to do something about the 14th amendment. I don't care if that makes you uncomfortable or unhappy. It's not a choice. The constitution exists to serve Americans, not the other way around. If that sentence confuses you, read the first paragraph of the constitution.
If we do not, young men of the future, the same little boys who are being radicalized right now by your malicious indifference, will treat a piece of paper that says they cannot have a homeland the way they would treat a piece of paper that says that can't eat food, or a piece of paper that says they can't own a home, or have a wife and children.
You may think that you offer them a tribe in the form of the universal kingdom of god, the community of all believers, but that's just a word game and you know it, which is why you are so defensive about the whole thing.
Where was the universal community of believers when these young men needed help? When they needed not just the surface appearance of a tribe, but someone to do the things that tribes actually do for younger generations they care about?
The pack serves a concrete set of functions in the life cycle of the human species, and you cannot perform those functions with a cardboard cutout.
Young men are sick of religion that offers them responsibilities with no rights, lectures with no help, demands with no love or empathy.
It's odd, in a way ironic, that, I, the man of zero faith, should have to be the one standing here telling self-styled religious leaders how they failed both their people and their god.
But having no faith does give me one advantage. It frees me from the delusion that Jesus is a puppet that I can pull out of my pocket, slip over my right hand, move his mouth and make him say what I want.
I used to wonder, as a child, what the phrase "taking the name of the lord in vain" actually meant.
But I no longer wonder, because when I became a man, I looked around me and saw all these people who talk to god and somehow get told exactly what they want to hear.
Then I understood that the key phrase here wasn't "in vain". It was "taking". Taking the name of god and using it as a tool for one's own goals.
Joel, here, is sad that his friend is getting sent home. This personally inconveniences both him and his friend, which effects Joel in a way that young men being denied their birthright does not.
So he finds an interpretation of scripture that says that god wants him, Joel Berry, to get his way, and that god wants all the young men who want a homeland and a birthright to go get fucked.
I'm not terribly impressed.
Replying to @JoelWBerry

Correct.
Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.
End of story.

"For no reason"
I used to take my team out to a brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse every month. It was great, one of my favorite restaurants of all time, and everyone else loved it too. We'd eat so much meat everytime that we felt like our hearts were gonna stop.
Then one day I had an indian guy thrust into our team by the hiring department. And as usual that month, i took my team, including the new indian guy, out to the restaurant. The next day, I got a call from HR asking if I took my team to a steakhouse. I said yeah, we do it every month. They said i cant do it anymore because the indian guy complained. It wasnt that there was nothing for him to eat, obviously im not that big of an asshole that i'd take my team somewhere that one of them cant eat, thats terrible for morale. They had plenty of vegetarian options for him. The problem was that he was a hindu so he didnt like seeing people eat cows. He said it was offensive and that we'd done it on purpose to harass him.
So one indian guy ruined a team tradition we'd been doing for 8 years, long before he got there, just by claiming "discrimination". Why? Because he was totally and completely culturally incompatible with us and should have never been allowed in the fucking country.
Shit like that is why i hate indians, not "for no reason", mr "weinstein".
