Hm, "About this Account" says I was based in the US. ??? Quite possibly I created the account while I was in the US, but that was 16 years ago, when no one considered faking Twitter accs yet... ;-)
99 Fleeting Fantasies, edited by @jenniferbrozek out today! It has stories by @Catrambo, @seananmcguire, Charlie Stross, little me, and many others. Hours of fun reads. #fantasy #WritingCommunity books2read.com/99FleetingFan…
Working with the amazing @themanuscriptdr to iron out the kinks in my WiPs. Totally worth it!

Sent out two more queries this morning for my #fantasy #novel starring magical cats -- Hollow Kingdom x Aristocats with cleaner language and cool mind magic.
I give myself 50 rejections before I consider self-pub -- got a few dozen more to go... ;-) #amquerying #WritingCommunity

Question: I #amquerying my historical(ish) #fantasy #novel. Why do so many agents not want #animal protagonists? There are lots of Warrior Cats fans who are now adults...
It's Hollow Kingdom x Aristocats, but with cool mind magic.

If an agent doesn't say "no answer, no interest" on their web page, what's a reasonable time to wait to check back after querying, especially if I didn't receive a confirmation the query was received? #amquerying #WritingCommunity

This will only be effective if EVERYONE refrains from tweeting (X-ing?) on August 1st a/k/a #TweetlessTuesday. Let's show the owner the POWER OF THE PEOPLE. Honestly, would it kill you to keep your thoughts to yourself for 1 damn day? Read a book! 👀 #August1stTweetOutDay
I am proposing that August 1st be a “Tweet Out” day where blue voters take the day off from tweeting. Think of the revenue lost for Twitter - X if we did that. Best way to affect change with a billionaire is to hit them in the wallet. RT if you are with me.
