🚨Andoni Iraola Revealed what Jurgen Klopp told him about the youngsters in the club the first time he spoke with him. 🗣️“After I was appointed as the new manager for Liverpool, I think that was a week or two after I got a call from Jurgen, I wasn’t surprised at all because I knew there was something Important or special about that call since it’s coming from him.” “After I pick up the call he was like Hey my friend how are you feeling about your new job, and I responded back and said; I’m feeling good and ready to start, and you know I have to be confident so he knows that I’m not a joke.” “He went on and said; Andoni you have the quality and experience to take on this job and that’s why you’re appointed and no one else.” “He added that, To keep your team moving forward with games coming IN every three to four days you have to give the youngsters some minutes because they hold a key figure to get going when the games come this often.” “I replied back by telling him, it’s part of my project and I already have that in mind, I saw what he was doing with this team just few years ago when he use the youngsters to win the carabao cup final against Chelsea.” Very interesting story about the past from his team, And I can see what he was telling me now, the youngsters are the future, the minutes they get in games helps a lot for us.” “I’m never forgetting that, hopefully we can win something this season since everyone is getting my project now.”

Payment cap required by @Cymru for the leagues - some of the figures been banded in Tier 3 and even 4 are just plain stupid … youngsters should want to play senior football for experience and pay £2 subs per week - not getting £50/£75/£100 - and we’re talking bang average too !
