The world we live in now is full of companies providing terrible, service and no one giving a toss.
@parcelforce are a prime example. After paying for premium next day AM service they failed to pick up our meal kits (because they simply forgot to book it in 1/1
with the driver’. Leaving us the only optionto hire a van to deliver them kits to the Parcelforce depot.
Now, 24 hrs after they were meant to be delivered, over 15% of all the kits have either arrived damaged or not arrived at all (even though many customers were in it says 2/3
