By Satoshi! The arena gates swing wide and the green candles are blazing! 🏛️🔥
A serious question for the titans of the industry: are you blockchain companies or not? Every time legacy cloud providers wobble, the crypto market knocks its knees in its Roman sandals. Running multi billion dollar platforms on centralized, hackable Web2 servers is not just a security vulnerability, it is bad business.
If you claim to champion decentralization, run your infrastructure where it belongs: 100% onchain. $ICP canisters serve web and backend logic directly from the blockchain, tamperproof, sovereign, and unhackable.
Protect your users, eliminate single points of failure, and become true blockchain fortresses.
Lock your shields, keep your bag of $PIERRES secured, and join the $ICP legion. SOON the entire realm marches to the MOON! 🛡️🐗⚔️

If only instead of ‘no evidence of any wallet private key leak’
there would be
‘here’s a simple mathematical proof your private keys cannot leak’
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.
Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions.

“Every era of computing has a fight over who controls the infrastructure. In the AI era, that fight is about sovereignty: who owns the hardware a country or company runs on, who can see its data, and who can pull the plug.”
With this observation, Erika Masako Welch, Chief Content Officer of @LucidityInsight, explores how sovereign cloud becomes a strategic priority as governments and businesses confront their dependence on digital infrastructure.
In her analysis, Welch describes two forces driving this shift: geopolitical tensions that raise concerns over foreign access to data and infrastructure, and AI's growing role in building and running online services. For organizations that rely on cloud platforms to operate, control over that infrastructure becomes a boardroom issue.
At the center is the DFINITY Foundation's (@dfinity) Internet Computer, an open network that combines computing resources across data centers to host software and data. Its cloud engines allow organizations to choose the hardware supporting their services and change that configuration as their needs evolve.
Welch highlights founder Dominic Williams' claim that enterprises can move from hyperscaler computing resources to dedicated hardware in their home countries “without interrupting or even degrading the services you are running.”

$ICP Signal ♾🚨
In 48 hours, three of the foundations the web runs on cracked.
The Netherlands, Finland and France pulled their government sites OFFLINE. On purpose. Not hacked... staying online was the bigger risk.
An AI found a 14-year-old flaw in the language behind ~70% of the web and weaponized it before lunch.
Your screen stayed calm all week.
That's the part that should scare you.
See the signal ♾🚨

So I took the daosfun contract and did just that
Found a critical security vulnerability in the mainnet program too, oops!

NEAR spends $150–200M a year in inflationary rewards to secure its L1.
For what? To use it as a settlement ledger for NEAR Intents, recording and settling the results of cross-chain swaps. Perhaps 50–100K transactions a day, each generating fractions of a cent in fees.
I’m planning to dig deeper into everything NEAR is building and why it needs a token.
$ICP vs $NEAR Just embarrassing for @NEARFoundation and @ilblackdragon.
Not only did they ship a sloppy copy of $ICP tech as a bolted on permissioned MPC, they bragged about it the entire time. (TEMU Web3)
