Attention @F3theFort , just a friendly PSA that the Yeti is this Saturday. Find another man to push you or pull you along, but don't miss it. All other AO's are closed. f3thefort.com/2021/02/07/yet… #RT @hunteregnor @stickabrew @therealTD89

Make your commitment now to HC to Varsity (NaFo) tomorrow at 0630 for your first post of 2021. 10 yrs after the movement began, we’ll honor the humble beginnings by doing the original beat down and other silliness. Come one come all. It’s free ;). @F3theFort @F3LakeWylie

Last night, the men of @F3theFort and our local community lost a HIM of our own. Cash went home to be with the Lord. My request to you all tomorrow: If you feel led to do so, substitute the following for your name in COT as a tribute: "Jay Griggs, 52, Cash". @F3Nation #rt

Tomorrow at Blockparty we have another brother hailing from @F3LakeWylie, Poopdeck’s own @Homebrew_F3. Might even have a burpee race afterwards, who knows 🤷‍♂️. Please see new launch site during construction below. #rt @F3theFort @F3Slapshot @tesh_F3 @Geronimo_F3 @chriswtennis11

6 days til the @F3theFort Convergence. Lots of chatter on parking due to construction & a farmer’s market. Details this week but AO will not be changing. Surrounding parking lots hold CLOWN CARS so get there early. Launch 0630. All will be bootcamp’ing, like we used to do. #rt

You can kill my investments, my @marchmadness tournament, but you can’t kill @F3Nation and @F3Naperville. Gyms & exercise studios will be closing next. Men - there is no greater time than now to EH all those #sadclowns that won’t be able to hit the squat rack. #getafterit #abh

Reminder that tomorrow we honor our local hero Mike Doty. Bring a heavy thing (25-30lbs). Cinder blocks meet that criteria, so no excuses. @F3theFort @F3RockHill @F3LakeWylie @f3indianland @F3_ablock

Check out this info on the Dam To Dam Relay courtesy of @Pusher_F3 . These men are running to help provide supplies for local schools. Great news is if you cant make the event you can still donate to the cause. @F3LakeWylie f3thefort.com/2019/11/01/dam…
