Though not in substance, yet in form, the struggle of the proletariat with the bourgeoisie is at first a national struggle. The proletariat of each country must, of course, first of all settle matters with its own bourgeoisie.
- Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels
China today is vastly different from what it was 50 years ago. The rulers of China today developed an isatiable greed for power and wealth when they became an imperialist nation. The CCP is geared towards competing with the US, in the same manner as the USSR was post-Stalin era.
The MDT is just an old piece of paper that can be discarded by the US when they won't benefit from it. But they have already maximized the benefits from this treaty during the many wars that they instigated and dragged us with it.
However, this 9-dash line fiction was again resuscitated by the revisionist, capitalist-roaders in the CCP leadership who have discarded socialist revolution and instead installed capitalism.
When the Chinese revisionist regime successfully redtored capitalism and developed...
I didn't say we are the majority (as of now) but yes we are many.
Yeah, you can arrogantly say that. No imperialist aggressor has ever said they are weak. But then when the time comes, you will realize that people not guns will show who is strong and weak.
I don't have to explain or show you how many Filipinos are opposed to China and the US. I don't think any explanation at all will make it straight in your little head.
I don't think that will happen, because the Philippines is not an imperialist aggressor unlike China.
Ah... classic deflection when you're cornered. You're proving me right when I said you are immature and twisted. The Moro issue is not what we're discussing here. Also yes, not because you're bigger doesn't mean you're strong, you're just a bully who thinks you can scare everyone
Either you're ignorant or just consciously denying the fact that many Filipinos are resisting both US and Chinese imperialist aggressions. Branding as "accomplice" those who genuinely resist any form of imperialist aggression (US and Chinese) is a twisted and immature argument.
Replying to @SweetSummerSN
... imperialist power already makes you an ACCOMPLICE, and this is further strengthened by your proven record of public support Washington's wars of aggression like the invasion of Iraq. You're not a smolbean innocent victim of ChInEsE iMpErIaLiSm just because you're smol.
It's not "parroting Manila's claims" when even the UNCLOS affirmed those claims. China's actions are those of an imperialist ones - using force and aggression against smaller countries.
Defending China's imperialist aggression against the Philippines is what "completely flattens the definition of imperialism". How else can you describe China's actions in WPS other than imperialist aggression - building military bases in illegaly occupied territories?
Well...
MAKABAYAN BLOC ONLY LAWMAKERS TO VOTE NO ON 2024, 2025 BUDGETS
Makabayan Bloc lawmakers were the only members of Congress to vote against the proposed 2024 and 2025 national budgets, which the Supreme Court (SC) later declared unconstitutional in part.

China's frequent gaslighting makes them no longer distinguish between fact and imagination. The Philippines never need China's permission to resupply BRP Sierra Madre as it is well within our EEZ. We can do whatever we want in that area. It's China that intrudes in our waters.
The Philippines' sinking ship @BRPSierraMadre can only be kept afloat by liesโdeceiving Filipinos into believing we don't need China's permission, while simultaneously having to obtain Chinese approval for humanitarian aid.
Given the Philippines' past practice of secretly stashing cement and rebar during fake humanitarian deliveries, China's maritime police should strengthen boarding inspections of supply vessels.
