Antarctic Sea-Ice Update:
As of October 27, Antarctic sea-ice extent is second lowest on record for the day, 3.98 standard deviations below the 1991-2020 average, and about 145,000 km² above the record daily low set in 2023.
Respectfully, this is a tiny minority view. I'll trust the overwhelming majority of climate researchers on this one. The impacts are already visible in our landscapes and ecosystems!
