Contact with non-human entities has been going on much longer than this century alone, if we judge the literature that is available. Lovecraft wrote about it. But aside from his fictional mythos treatment, examples are found everywhere in real literature. Buried in crumbling tomes resting in dimly lit forgotten corners of dusty libraries. Like this one from my shelf:

This movie did not do well and is rarely mentioned, but from where I'm sitting it's a stone-cold classic. Impeccably-researched film about a 17th century witch-hunter and warlock on a cat-and-mouse chase through 1989 Los Angeles. Rip-roaring entertainment. Very SatanWatch-coded.

Dr. Loomis experiences only two moments of joy that I'm aware of.: 1. While scaring children 2. While getting hammered with an insane priest as he drunk drives a big truck

What a capture. Bengal tiger photographed atop a rock outcrop but looks like its on top of a tree. Appears to be crows circling above. Credit to the amazing Shaaz Jung Photography

We know next to nothing about this ancient culture of neolithic Europe, (~5400 to ~4500 BC) but 1 thing we do know, is they left the *strangest* relics behind for us ponder over.

Alexander the Great conquered the world, but his true mission was to transform human consciousness. His teacher was Aristotle. Dr Steiner presents them as a spiritual pair, reunited after earlier incarnations For millennia, humanity experienced the spiritual world through an instinctive, dreamlike form of perception. But that age was passing. A new capacity was awakening: clear, individual, conceptual thinking. Aristotle's task was to translate ancient wisdom into thought. Truths once accessible only through the Mysteries could now begin to live in conscious concepts. What Aristotle forged in thought, Alexander carried into the world. The ancient East preserved profound spiritual traditions. Greece cultivated a new consciousness grounded in individuality and intellectual clarity. Through his campaigns, Greek culture spread across Egypt, Persia, Mesopotamia, and India, creating an unprecedented exchange between East and West. Wisdom would no longer remain enclosed within sacred sanctuaries. It had to enter history itself. Alexander stood between two ages: One in which spiritual reality was perceived through ancient clairvoyance. Another in which human beings would increasingly discover truth through their own conscious thinking. His empire eventually collapsed. Yet the encounter between cultures he helped create continued shaping the course of history long after his death. His greatest conquest was the opening of a path through which ancient wisdom could enter a new age of human consciousness. This evolution is not finished. Intellectual thinking is not the final stage of human consciousness. The next task is to develop spiritual perception again, but this time consciously and freely. Not by returning to the dreamlike clairvoyance, but by transforming our thinking into a faculty capable of apprehending spiritual reality. The first stage of this higher knowledge is Imagination. And its development begins with the conscious strengthening and purification of our own thinking. The future of humanity depends not on what we know, but on what we become capable of perceiving.
