Manually copying account numbers to pay fifty people feels like emptying a swimming pool with a teaspoon. The repetition drains energy and invites mistakes. @fossapay fixes this friction with their Bulk Transfers feature. Instead of sending funds one by one, you simply upload a CSV file with all staff payment details into the dashboard. Select a source wallet, confirm with a quick PIN, and the batch processes instantly. The platform handles multi currency balances flawlessly, letting you manage Naira alongside @solana , USDC, and USDT in one unified place. Developers can also plug this engine straight into internal payroll apps using the API. This is proper infrastructure connecting African neobanks to global liquidity without administrative stress. Solid project, Fr. 💗

It’s salary week 💸 Pay hundreds or thousands of staff salaries at once with FossaPay Bulk Payouts. Here’s how: 1. Go to the Bulk Transfers tab 2. Click Create Bulk Transfer 3. Select the wallet you want to pay from 4. Enter your preferred Batch Reference 5. Download our CSV template and add your staff payment details 6. Upload the completed CSV and submit That’s it. FossaPay processes the payouts in one batch, so you don’t have to send salaries one after another.

Vinod khosla also says this “many VCs are net negative”. Money is helpful but operational guidance and distribution access might be more valuable to founders. Also some VCs tend to have an ego trip or hubris of thinking they know more than the founders. Even when they haven’t operated in that field before.
Revolut founder Nik Storonsky says one of his investors tried forcing him to fire his best person: “He was forcing me to fire my best person, because he was too hardcore.” “Of course I didn’t fire him. I said no.” “Pretty early on I realized that quite a few VCs, they are not very operational, and they can be actually dangerous for the company if they have enough power. So every single investment round, we just remove VCs.” “Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best. You always need to have operators rather than VCs on the board, people who actually build business and who know how to do things.”

Or people that go to events and only speak with people they know. The whole point of events or conferences, is to connect and speak with someone you don't know. That's why most people say conferences are boring: and it's bcos they fail to explore and stick to only familiar.
I don't understand the people that travel out of Nigeria for holidays and still go looking for Nigerian foods/kitchen. Isn't the food part of the experience?

Nobody did. But we were sure he was going win. Nobody really knew how he would. Top 3 SuperteamNG products likely to be acquired next: - Paj Cash, FossaPay, and maybe NectarFi.
Replying to @SuperteamNG
This is beyond a space, it's a Masterclass! Quick Question: To @Nonso_Obiefule and @NzubeEzudo Did you see Evolution’s traction and motion attracting acquisition? Also, which other home-grown Superteam product do you see acquired next? You can pick one, two or three.

Excited to share that Evolution has joined Nuvion @ournuvion 🚀 When we started Evolution, we had a simple vision: make moving money across borders easier and more accessible for individuals and businesses, enabling them to go Global from wherever they were. We believed that accessing global financial services shouldn’t be complicated simply because of where you live or where your business operates. What started as a platform for exchanging digital assets grew into something much bigger. We built infrastructure that enabled people and businesses to hold multiple currencies, receive international payments, move money across borders, and access financial tools that were previously out of reach. Along the way, we served thousands of users, processed millions of dollars in transactions, and learned firsthand what it takes to build financial infrastructure in emerging markets. But more importantly, we saw just how much work remains to be done. As we continued building, one thing became increasingly clear: solving cross-border banking challenges at scale requires more than a great product. It requires strong financial infrastructure, regulatory reach, and the ability to serve businesses wherever they operate. That’s what makes this next chapter with Nuvion particularly exciting. Nuvion is building an AI Powered Global banking platform for ambitious businesses, bringing multicurrency accounts, international payments, FX, virtual cards, and stablecoin infrastructure together in one place. Our visions have always been closely aligned, and joining forces gives us the opportunity to pursue what we started at Evolution on a much larger scale. For me, this is an opportunity to take everything we’ve learned building Evolution and apply it to something with the infrastructure, reach, and ambition to serve businesses around the world. I’m especially excited that members of the Evolution team are continuing this journey with me at Nuvion. We’ve spent years building, solving difficult problems, and learning together. Now we get to bring that experience into a much bigger mission. To everyone who believed in Evolution, our early customers, investors, partners, community, and the incredible people who contributed to our journey: thank you. You trusted us when we were still figuring things out, challenged us to build better, and helped turn an idea into a real business. I’m incredibly proud of what we built, and even more excited about what comes next. Evolution was never just about building another fintech company. It was about making global banking accessible for the people and businesses who need it. That mission continues at Nuvion. The Job is just starting

Adding Stellar to your product can go beyond creating a wallet for your business. You can also use FossaPay to create wallets for your customers, giving each customer a wallet for sending and receiving assets on Stellar. If customer wallets are part of what you’re building, our API docs are a good place to start: docs.fossapay.com/
Stellar wallets are live on FossaPay. Businesses can now create wallets for themselves and their customers to send and receive supported assets on Stellar.

At the Solana Fall Class, @jacobvcreech said: don’t wait to be noticed. Share the work. So here is one recent work @cap offered to sponsor anyone who shipped a performance PR with benchmarks. I sent one, it got merged and got me my first GitHub sponsor. Here’s what the PR does: Importing a video into Cap was slow for two reasons: The decoder ran on one CPU thread (FFmpeg’s default) The encoder used a live-streaming mode that handles one frame at a time I fixed both. 1080p: 62s → 33s 4K: 82s → 43s Same output quality. github.com/CapSoftware/Cap/p…

Taking FossaPay into the arena once again, our third attempt so far. Last time, we made it to the interview stage. Then, we were barely a month into launch and had processed around $15k. A few months later, we’ve crossed $180k in volume, onboarded more businesses, and shipped quite a lot since then. No idea how far we go this time, but I’m looking forward to finding out. For now, here’s our product demo 👇

If you’re going to be submitting for the hackathon, there are a few changes to the number of videos required, how you submit, and the different chains involved. I made a walkthrough video covering everything for our builders at @SuperteamNG. I hope this helps!

Something i learnt the hard way. Make it exist first, then we can make it good later. The problem is we think our first tryout will be perfect. Let me break it to you now so it reduces the stress: our first tryout is probably going to be trash. No problem, who cares? Start it anyway. Some of us aren't even builders or creators yet; we just want to start the journey of building or creating. Yet, we are putting ourselves under unnecessary pressure because we think our first product or video has to be perfect. Another breaking news: yes, our first 10 products or 30 videos might be trash. Who cares? Post them anyway! Build that solution. The only way we can figure out how to make it good later is by starting now. Not a motivation, rather an experience.
