All of the elite athletes I know eat ice cream, pizza, candy, and have an occasional beer.
All of the mediocre athletes who are big on social media: lose their minds at the thought of some of those things.

Why your favorite hybrid athlete is likely deceiving you.
At 185 lbs (yes not HUGE), I’ve run 1:54 in the 800 and 4:29 in the mile.

things I missed in SF:
- a coffee shop with ppl writing code (i thought i would see more devs working from coffees)
- parks with bars and stuff to exercise yourself (in my city, we have a lot of those)
