6 points from 6 games and we've played against two promoted teams, ten men at home twice, and the bottom team in the league twice.

When I wrote about this image rights sham for The Independent in 2018, Manchester City threatened to sue us and demanded I tweet out a personal apology on here. We fought them. They did not sue us.
City's sham is confirmed by the Premier League today independent.co.uk/sport/foot…

The fact that a 15 year old child wanting to leave man united before he's even been in a matchday squad got so much attention from sky sports, yet a club being found guilty of 114 charges gets such little airtime and criticism is nuts

KAEPERNICK: The part that I hope people take away in this moment is what Robert Kraft and what they’re saying by denying Macklemore the opportunity to perform with Ed Sheeran is they are willing to collude. They are openly colluding.
When we filed the grievance, it was like, well, the owners wouldn’t do that. Everybody just wants to win within the NFL. And the realization is, no. They want to protect their interests. They want to protect their power. They want to protect their money. And they also want people to know that if you take an action that they don’t agree with, they will come for you. And that was some of the warning coming out of the protest and some of the warning coming out of the grievance, is that they will organize against you. Which means that we collectively have to organize to be able to protect our interests as well.

Howard Webb continually references acknowledgement of - not even apologies for - officiating errors as though we should be grateful for the admission. No, it’s the bare minimum.
“We felt it was important that we acknowledged an error in this situation.” Did you? Why, thank you, that’s so kind.
The repetitive “we want to ensure that we are transparent and open” line is also nonsense.
Individuals get briefly taken off duty for mistakes, but there‘s no accountability when it comes to the organisation itself and Webb. Systemic problems with how officials are trained and the lack of alignment gets ignored, along with the long-reported culture of fear and intimidation.
The real acknowledgement should be clearly and obviously fixing these overarching issues.
Arsenal just having a runner dive in front of every cross week in week out now then if they are no longer interfering with play. What a joke that decision was.
Shoutout to @Frogwares for Sinking City 2. I loved the first and the second is already amazing. You never think when you back something on Kickstarter that the people at the other end will have to live through a WAR to make their product a reality. I hope everyone plays it. 🇺🇦

ALT The Sinking City 2 was developed in Ukraine between January 2023 and August 2026.95% of our team remained in the country throughout. 17 of us had homes damaged. 14 were drafted. As of writing, 85,183 air raid alerts registered across our cities. Through power cuts, water shortages, and sleepless nights, work continued - and so did life. 8 children were born. 11 weddings took place. Every one of us found ways to support our fighters and contribute to our country's defense. We believe this is the best game we have ever made. It is finally in your hands - we hope you love it. Slava Ukraini.
Well my hype for the PL season has lasted 37 minutes. Ready for turning this shit show off before half time. #manutd

Immensely grateful to have drafted Colin Grist,
@fewfarco's creative director, into this deep typographical dive on an issue that has plagued the people of Leeds (Leeps?) for weeks on end.
We think we’ve cracked the case of the infamous “Welcome to Leeds” sign outside the city’s train station, thanks to the help of a typography expert.
Idle chit chat over the sign has been rife over the past few months, with one commenter suggesting an inverted “p” had been used instead of a “d” - Welcome to Leeps. 1/3
