$AMD is walking on eggshells into earnings
At ~132× trailing earnings, expectations leave little room for disappointment. A beat may satisfy the spreadsheet; guidance must satisfy the valuation.
My positioning read: potential dealer support sits around $430–450 ‼️ well below spot. A possible cushion, but plenty of air before reaching it. And earnings can redraw that map overnight.
The risk? Earnings rise while the multiple investors will pay for them falls.
AI demand can stay strong while the stock reprices.
Watch guidance, and whether that support survives the reset 🥚⚠️

An overextended market can become even more overextended before it corrects.
Valuation measures vulnerability. It doesn’t time reversals.
The real warning arrives when momentum deteriorates, market breadth contracts and liquidity stops rewarding risk.
Markets don’t collapse because they’re expensive. They become vulnerable when investors stop paying more for the same dollar of earnings.
That’s the distinction between recognizing risk and prematurely calling a top.

$SPY $SPX The market is becoming a victim of its own success.
Equities are trading at an extraordinary distance from their 200-week moving average, while market capitalization has expanded faster than underlying earnings.
Two things can be true simultaneously:
The secular bull market remains intact.
The margin for error is shrinking.
The danger isn’t simply overvaluation. It’s the growing dependence on multiple expansion to sustain returns when earnings growth struggles to keep pace.

Words of advice
$AMZN is getting right back to where that Chris guy went all-in on Options, is he going to go all-in again? I hope so
Personally I think shopping the e-commerce side of $AMZN sucks; I'd rather shop anywhere else than them. The co should dump the e-commerce and simply go forward as AWS/AI etc
Pink bar signal as well so caution flags here
$SPX 3.5 to $9.2 by sitting …..
