The 8-day window around midterm elections (5 days before to 3 days after) has been pure gold for $SPX since 1950:

Elon trying to nuke the entire neocloud complex so $SPCX can scoop up all the contracts and buy out the competition for pennies on the dollar is some killer stuff.
The mentality you need to succeed in an emerging industry like this, biggest reason why SpaceX is going to be the biggest and best provider of compute.

SpaceX has just officially received FCC approval to acquire three additional spectrum licenses from Tristar to expand its upcoming next-gen @Starlink Mobile network.
The licenses cover 15 MHz of spectrum in the 1695ā1710 MHz band.
The FCC also granted waivers allowing SpaceX to use the spectrum for satellite communications instead of building traditional cell towers.
This approval comes just two weeks after SpaceX announced an agreement to acquire nationwide 800 MHz low-band spectrum to improve indoor coverage and outlined plans to combine its satellite constellation with terrestrial infrastructure.
Starlink Mobile will become the first network operator to deploy both satellite and terrestrial spectrum: "One network that provides Americans with a reliable service indoors, outdoors, in cellular dead zones, and everywhere in between."

SPCX should be up 30% today.
Hereās a great example of how Wall Street discounts what Elon says. Bottom line, analysts cut the low end of his guide in half.
Last night he said theyāll exit 2027 with $500B-$1T in revenue run rate. I believe Elon implied the low was based on adding 10 GW of compute in CY27 and the high end 20 GW.
My take is thereās a 75% chance they add 10 GW, and 2% chance of 20 GW. So we should focus on the low end, or $500B in ARR exiting 2027, or $125B in Dec-27.
Before earnings, the Street was at $31B for Dec-27. He guided to $125B or 300% increase. $SPCX is up 12% on that. It should be 30% plus today.
This morning the Street is at $50B. Since many analysts have yet to update numbers, we look at those that have made changes, and those are at around $70B, compared to the āguideā of $125B. Thatās the 50% haircut.

There will be around $300B to $400B in demand for $SPCX stock middle of next year once they get included in the S&P. Thats S&P and S&P tracking ETFs at the current 2T valuation. If the valuation is 4T (which is where I think is going in the short term), that will be $600B to $800B in demand for the stock. Thats mind blowing, S&P created a monster by not allowing the exemption this past June. @TeslaBoomerMama

Huge guide up in Capex. CFO Bret Johnsen says Dec quarter Capex of $35-$40B.
Street was at $19B.
$SPCX went up on the comment. Now up 5.2%. Was up 4% before the Capex comment.
My take: Smart move. They have the demand. Also, good news for the AI trade that we are still early.

Elon Musk today on a potential merger between SpaceX and Tesla:
"Both Tesla and SpaceX have formed special committees at the request of shareholders. Because I'm a conflicted party I can't be in on these discussions. I don't think we should assume that a merger is a certainty. Do I think it would be a good idea? Yes. But at the end of the day, shareholders have to be supportive of this. The special committees have not reached an agreement on any transaction, and it doesn't mean they will, but there is a lot of be gained from cooperating on SI, chip design, robots, mass or orbit, connectivity. I think it would be a good idea."
