A reporter deliberately reproducing problem-gambling behavior is not an ordinary customer. He ignored RG prompts and declined interventions because continuing to bet was necessary for the experiment.
That distinction matters. You can’t deliberately bypass safeguards and then treat their failure to stop your experiment as proof the safeguards do not work.
