How do I know every winter gets worse in my ED? We have a white board (v retro) & medically-referred patients have magnetic red dot next to their name. A few years ago we only needed 12 red dots. Each winter we make more. Now we have 29. We have 18 trolley spaces 🤔 #nhscrisis
