No, Trump has not appealed the NY fraud judgment. He has filed a "Notice of Appeal," which simply signals his intention to appeal. He has not come up with the $400,000,000 bond he needs to put in escrow with NY to actually start an appeal.

A notice of appeal starts the appeals process in New York, therefore Trump *has* appealed the $454m civil fraud judgment against him/his companies. He is not required to post a "bond" to appeal, however, enforcement of the judgment is not paused (stayed) unless he does so.

The Nazis introduced themselves to me at a mixer and said they were national socialists, started talking about skull measurements and pushing the conspiracy theory that all races were being controlled Jewish people.
