Token Factory — Progress Update Quick check-in from the workshop. We've been heads-down all day wiring the Token Factory frontend to the backend infrastructure we built over the last couple of days. If you've been following the commits, you know the backend has been ready mint keypair generation, IPFS metadata uploads, transaction construction via PumpPortal, the wallet signing pipeline. All of that was built and tested. Today's work is about connecting all of it to the visual experience so it actually works end to end when you click that launch button. Progress is going well. The Token Factory Hub is fully rendered and functional — the discovery board, the creator leaderboard, the weekly highlights section, the live stats bar, all of it is pulling real data from the backend and auto-refreshing every 30 seconds. The Hub and Mint Agent tabs in the titlebar are wired up so you can flip between browsing launched tokens and actually launching your own through conversation. The Mint Agent chat flow walks you through everything step by step name, ticker, description, social links, logo upload and then hands it off to your wallet for signing. No backend custody. No platform fees. Your wallet, your launch, your creator fees. Right now we're tightening up the handoff between the Mint Agent conversation and the wallet signing prompt. Making sure the transaction deserializes cleanly on the client, the co-signing with the server's mint keypair works seamlessly, and the confirmation polling catches the transaction without timing out. It's the kind of work that isn't flashy but makes the difference between something that works in a demo and something that works in production. We're also making sure the post-launch flow feels right. When your token goes live, the confirmation card should show up right in the chat mint address, @Pumpfun trade link, Solscan transaction hash, copy button for the contract address. Everything you need to share it or start trading, right there in the conversation. No hunting around for links. The response to the Token Factory Hub has been really encouraging. People seem to genuinely like the idea of a gamified launch platform — the weekly events, the leaderboard competition, the discovery board where your token actually gets visibility instead of just disappearing into the void after minting. That's exactly what we were going for. We didn't want another mint tool. We wanted a place where launching a token feels like an event, where creators get recognized, and where the community can discover what's being built. Which brings us to something we've been kicking around internally, and we want to put it to the community: Would you want to see an AI vs Humans leaderboard? The idea is simple. Same Token Factory platform. Same launch tools. Same leaderboard structure. But split into two lanes — tokens launched by human creators and tokens launched by AI agents. Both competing on the same playing field but tracked separately so you can see who's building what. Human creativity versus machine efficiency. Same rules, different strategies. Let the tokens speak for themselves. We think this could add a whole new layer to the platform. Imagine a weekly event where the top human creator and the top AI agent both get featured. Imagine watching AI agents iterate on launch strategies in real time while human creators bring the culture, the memes, the community energy.
