@Deliveroo wow just wow. I paid for grocer to be delivered the drive called said "delivery outside" I went outside for 7 mins & no one turned up. I later found out he was parked down the Road in a side road where I couldnt see him. Now I'm refused a refund. #notdoortodoor – at Southampton, England
The customer service was no better. I even escalated it to a manager who said there is nothing wrong with my house location on their system, still didn't stop the driver parking in the wrong place but apparently its still my fault so no refund. What a trek today. Walked just over 5miles to my parents and then on way home on bus realised the bus didn't go where I thought and ended up walking just over 2 miles to get home.🤦♀️ can't believe me and my 6 Yr old walk 7.5ish miles. He is a trooper. 👣👩👦 – at Southampton, England
