Christopher Hope @christopherhope is an absolute disgrace to broadcasting. I've had enough of his blatant bias, which is why I turned off GB News @GBNEWS four weeks ago and every comment I see completely vindicates that decision. It is painfully clear which direction his loyalties lie: he’s nothing more than a hack for the uni-party establishment and the Labour Party, all while propping up Kemi Badenoch. GB News is utterly ruined.

Andy Burnham says: "No. And I wasn't saying that", adding that he would "never move ahead of the British public when it comes to Brexit".

Number 10 will now not say whether the British public will get a referendum on rejoining EU freedom of movement.
A spokesman says: "The process will be set out in due course ... He wants to have an open debate about this.... there are no options on the table."

This is totally unacceptable. The authorities are hoping we will all just forget about this horrific murder.
Henry Nowak was just 18 years old, with his whole life ahead of him. His murder was a horrific and senseless crime, and my thoughts remain with his family and friends, who have endured unimaginable loss and heartbreak.
The Nowak family have shown extraordinary courage and dignity in their pursuit of answers. Henry’s case has raised serious and legitimate questions about whether more could have been done to prevent this tragedy, and about the response of public authorities in its aftermath.
An independent review will seek those answers.
I am grateful to Alex Chalk for agreeing to lead this important work. He brings considerable experience and expertise, and I know he will conduct the review with the rigour, independence and seriousness that Henry’s case demands.
