Category 5 (beyond extreme) marine heatwave conditions are being observed offshore San Diego, where water temperatures are up to 77°F.
California's severe marine heatwave is also marching north and has now reached Northern California, with water up to 68°F offshore Santa Cruz.
reading about the time Bill Drummond (KLF) was contacted by someone calling themselves “True Genius” after seeing his set design for a theatre adaptation of Robert Anton Wilson’s “The Illuminatus! Trilogy” in Liverpool (UK). He convinced him that a powerful leyline existed near the Carl Jung statue and prompted him to book shows for The Teardrop Explodes and Echo and the Bunnymen to perform simultaneously in diff parts of the world on leylines with a view to creating a “psychic event”
technique also recommended to prepare for lucid dreaming.
One of Steiner’s recommended exercises is remembering your day, a movie, play, song, (or dream) backwards.
Steiner said (in the screenshot below) that remembering events in reverse helps the soul/spirit “break from the physical & etheric elements.”
How so?
Because the physical is a projection of the etheric plane, and the etheric (currently) codes for physics & linear time.
By incarnating into physical/etheric bodies we get conditioned by, and thus attached to, its programmed limitations.
We internalize that programming, which fetters the mind/soul/spirit.
To break this entanglement with physical & etheric programming, we must undo the internalization of forward linear time. Remembering in reverse is one way. That tackles the temporal aspect.
The spatial/material aspect, Steiner tackled via exercises involving “sense-free” thinking.
One such exercise entails imagining & contemplating something that isn’t simply a product of the senses.
For instance, a meaningful symbol (rosy cross if following the Rosicrucian tradition), an archetypal plant (like per Goethe), or an inspiring metaphysical thought (as written in scriptures or other enlightened texts).
It’s something chosen & immersed in freely during meditation, and it exercises higher parts of your being.
The goal is to break your internal life free from the external, and ultimately to hitch it to prime mover of spirit/divinity.
Only in this way is freewill truly engaged. That was the core point in Steiner’s first book, “The Philosophy of Freedom.”
Thus develops a second “I” within, which is actually the primary “I” or the true Self, as opposed to the human ego-mind conditioned by spacetime & physics that people mistakenly take to be primary.
Then the external can be observed & dealt with from the higher spiritual fulcrum that “moves the world” instead of the inverse where the world moves & controls us. Self-empowerment is fundamentally about increasing volition, and the source of volition is spirit.

ONE HOUR DOCUMENTARY! One of the Crowning Achievements of my Channel. I seem to have Dated Giza to 35000 BC, Astronomically, and to as tight a resolution as C Dating gives to this era!
Discoveries: Historic Evidence:
This is matching the Arab Dates by astronomy, that is a constellation or star in a certain coordinate of the sky. The Arab dates have been astronomically tested and check out. Most date to 35000 BC.
Egyptian tradition. We have a 1200-BC Papyrus spelling out the '36,000 years-ago,' date. It's not just a Hermetic tradition of King Saurid. The Arabs thus achieved this date by counting but I also believe a former knowledge of the change in tilt, a knowledge utterly lost until the modern world. Only 'precession' was retained.
Exact Date to 1% of build date, by Astronomy and Earth Geometry, Sky Tilt: We are at or less than 1% for astronomical dates in this way. Pyramid Sundial Theory:
Shadow Square forms an Exact 3-4-5 triangle with Khufu at 35100 BC to 1% or so. Put this through the Earth and you are hitting the edge of the Arctic Circle at 35000 BC, center is the midpoint of chord! The added bonus is the Arctic circle is literally formed in the same way, via a solar ray.
Khafre's Face has the Sun on it at 35,300 BC because it is a Pythagorean pyramid. This is the winter solstice noon on the southern face, square on.
SX is at 35000 BC.
The Descending Passage Points out the Tropic of Capricorn on the other side of the planet. This matches the tropic in 36590 BC.
The Causeway halfway mark to Ecliptic is 35000 BC.
Based on the 1% or less dates, the average is "35,010 BC, +"- 300 years." The Shadow hitting the Arctic Circle is less precise due to its nature, so that is not included in this average. NEW, Supporting Evidence: DISCOVERY OF BUILD GEODETIC POSITION of Khufu Pyramid and what I can call "THE GREAT-GIZA BUILD GRID."
1) We seem to have discovered Giza's original Survey Geodetic Position which has since shifted by geometry due to the African plate. This is possibly edge-on from the 30th Parallel to the north, 12.5 pyramid bases away. (KGU = Khufu Geodetic Unit). By plate movement to the current position this is placing the pyramid at 31000 BC? Why this position? At this position it is placed at 12 bases by edge from the parallel which unlocks amazing round numbers in survey units. This location is the basis of the entire system. The other edge is now sitting right on top of another 30th parallel, the 'fake 30'... what is this parallel and why would we bother to use it?
2) It was discovered long ago, by Edme-Francois Jomard, a French Engineer and Geographer who was on Napoleon's mission in Egypt, that the base of the Great Pyramid is 1/480 of one equatorial degree. This is astounding and a good clue. We extend a line from the equator to about where Giza is based on equatorial degrees not real degrees (real degrees get longer the further north you go). ASTOUNDING RESULT. Khufu is sitting 2.5 bases of itself north of 'Fake 30'. Thus we take this as the surveyed original position of the KHUFU PYRAMID! We also find that Khufu along among the Giza pyramids is on a grid between Real 30 to the north and Fake 30 below. By plate movement this places Khufu build time at 31000 BC, but this date could be 10k years off. It's not precise to 1% like the Tilt Dating within Giza angles itself!
That's not all... WHEN it's sitting on this position, 12.5 bases south of 30th, it's 12.5 bases of EXTRA LAND FROM THE EQUATOR TO 12.5 BASES. THIS is the surveyed original position of the pyramid and it can't be plate-dated to anything other than the Ice Age Times.
3) On this newly-discovered Amazing grid we see that Khufu is in a whole or half unit of itself BETWEEN BOTH the real 30 to the north and fake 30 (equatorial degrees) below! This amazing grid is fixed at length of 5510 Royal Cubits AND 620 British Rods. (619.7) This grid now brings out in full glory, the conversions between ROYAL CUBITS and the BRITISH IMPERIAL UNITS.
This grid converts units, measures bulge and time. The geodetic accuracy of this grid could not have been built before 1940s AD. We are talking about a LOST, HIGHLY ADVANCED CIVILIZATION, as the builder.

If you bought a new car in the last few years, go look in the trunk. There's a real chance the spare tire is gone and a can of goo is sitting where it used to be.
Carmakers made that swap to squeeze out less than a tenth of a mile per gallon. In one year, AAA had to rescue more than 450,000 members who got a flat and had nothing to put on.
Here's how lopsided that trade is. A spare weighs about 30 pounds, and the sealant kit that replaced it weighs about 4. Fuel economy rules grade carmakers on their whole fleet's average, and the Department of Energy's rule of thumb says every 100 pounds costs you about 1% in mileage. So ditching the spare bought around 0.3%. On a car that gets 30 mpg, that's 0.09 mpg.
And the goo only works if the hole is in the tread and the nail is still stuck in the tire. Sidewall cut, blowout, or the nail popped out a mile back on the freeway? You're calling a tow truck. AAA says a refill can cost up to $300, and the stuff expires in 4 to 8 years. By 2017, 28% of new models came without a spare as standard.
Pretty much everything in these photos went the same way. The carmaker saves a few pounds or a few bucks, and you end up paying for it later, usually on the side of the road.
The touchscreen bugs me the most, because what it really costs you is your eyes on the road.
A Swedish car magazine called Vi Bilägare had drivers do four simple things at 68 mph. Turn on the heated seat, bump the temp up two degrees and hit defrost. Find a radio station. Reset the trip meter. Dim the dash. In a 2005 Volvo with regular buttons, all of it took 10 seconds and 306 meters of road. In the worst touchscreen car they tested, the MG Marvel R, it took 44.6 seconds and 1,372 meters. That's most of a mile at highway speed, and every driver got practice time in every car before the test.
So why'd carmakers do it? One sheet of glass replaces dozens of switches, and every one of those switches is its own part number, its own tooling, its own wiring and its own spot in a warehouse. They can also add features later with a software update. It got bad enough that Euro NCAP, Europe's big crash-safety rater, rewrote its 2026 tests so turn signals, wipers, hazards, horn and the SOS button only score if they're physical controls. The Audi Q7 scored 100% on those. The Xpeng X9 scored 20%. A crash-test agency is literally grading buttons back into cars now.
The shifter has the darkest history. Back in 2016, Fiat Chrysler recalled 1.1 million Jeeps, Chargers and 300s over an electronic shifter that snapped back to center after every gear change, which made it hard to tell by feel what gear you were in. NHTSA tied it to hundreds of rollaways. Anton Yelchin's 2015 Grand Cherokee was part of that recall when it rolled down his driveway and killed him.
Those old parts were doing a job nobody ever put on the window sticker. You could use them without looking. A real gear lever tells your hand it's in Park, and a knob clicks two degrees warmer while your eyes stay on the road.
The average new car went for $50,562 last month, and it wants your eyes for stuff a knob handled by feel in 2005.
