the problem with most of the dogshit “UGC marketplaces” is that 99% of creators are lazy idiots. i live with the @cluely marketing team and i see them calling/ideating with their creators every DAY. if you think you can just “pAy UGC crEaTorS!” and wake up tomorrow with 10M views for your app, you are grossly mistaken. if you’re not continuously training creators to make their videos 1% better, your company will stay stuck in 200 view jail.
