New strategy: As soon as I get a bill in the mail, I took a picture and uploaded to Muse and I tell Muse to go get me a discount. I just chatted with my Internet provider and got me 15 bucks off a month. They also told me I can buy my own modem instead of renting it and save an extra $17 a month. So essentially $30 in saving a month over the next years. All , I did a picture, so pretty cool.

I coach kids soccer. At the beginning of practice, I straight up ask them. “Do you want to win or have fun today?” Some answer fun, some answer win. I am training them. If you want to be a winner you will have to make sacrifices. Sometimes you will have to do things that aren’t fun to make you better. Delayed Gratification is the secret of success.

These AI bots suck. 9/10 task I’ve given Muse. Come back, failed. Every site picks up that it’s a bot and basically blocks it. I asked for it to register my hockey registration failed. I asked for to order something off Amazon, blocked it. It’s been lowballing people on marketplace successfully, but that’s about it. I’m not concerned about an AI doomsday takeover.

I just did the Halloween update for Tesla. Parked my car to get the kids out of school, and when the car locked, it did this loud, scary roar. The teacher next to me just shit her pants. 😂 💀

Christmas light season is insane. It’s an all out blitz that starts October 1. We sling lights for 10 weeks straight. The best part is 90% of the customers return, so I can look at the calendar and tell you we have $400K on next year. The hard part is, more people are entering the game. This will drive the prices down. You have to keep yourself in the elite category.

Delivered a baby. Won 2 soccer tournaments. Slept 5 hours in 2 days. Yet somehow the hardest part of my day is getting haggled by Indians over pricing.

Driving today behind a car going annoyingly slow. My son (6) yells “Dad can you buy that car that flys so we can go over them!?” 🤣🤣 That’s my boy. Hates slow drivers.

Eventful weekend in the Cronauer Household. I coached Not 1, Not 2, BUT 3 Undefeated teams! Quinn U10 Pirates 12-0 🏴‍☠️ Beckett’s U8 Green Diamonds 8-0💎 Team Lindsey 6 pushes to a perfect 4-0 record! 4 Beautiful and healthy kids! Lindsey was the real MVP bringing a 2 day old baby to the Soccer tournament. It’s bittersweet. I absolutely love watching these kids get better every week. I’m always sad when it’s over. ⚽️ ❤️ 🏆

I may not make the most Money, but that doesn’t mean I’m not the richest! Mid-day bike ride with my co worker. Nothing beats controlling your own schedule! It’s why I scream entrepreneurship.

Day 10 of owning HVAC. I coach my kids soccer, both teams undefeated. Why? “Control the ball control the game.” Business is no different, control the customer, control the game. The sticker on the furnace after maintenance ensures they will call us first! I’m never letting this customer leave. We will service until the unit dies and when it does they will call us for a new one. ⚽️ 🏆

Day 9 of owning hvac biz. The fb ads keep coming in. My mind is blown. It’s our first week in business and somehow our tech is gonna have a 40 hour week. That never happens. The hardest part of hiring anyone is making sure you have enough work for them. Looking at the weekend forecast with a grin on my face.
