Warner Bros. Discovery will separate into two separate entities by mid-2026.
One will be called Warner Bros., covering HBO, Max, Warner Bros. TV and films, DC Studios, and gaming. The other, Discovery Global, will include CNN, Discovery, TNT Sports, Discovery+, and international networks.
