"A delay is a delay. I see no evidence that demand for these products has gone anywhere. Moratoriums expire, and the officials who ran on them will eventually have to explain the construction jobs and tax revenue going to the next state over. Capacity moves: it doesn’t disappear." Intel’s worst day since 1974. A $6 billion crypto heist. Amazon grew its cloud the fastest in five years and fell anyway. Yet the S&P is only 3% off its high while the AI trade is down 14%. What's driving the gap is the whole show. New Money Runner youtu.be/4NV52E3P86Q

Stocks vs bonds, correlation of daily returns: Last two years: 0.21 Last month: 0.56 Stocks vs gold: 0.17 → 0.52 The ballast is moving with the risk. What that means for the 40 in your 60/40:

On Tuesday the S&P 500 closed at a record. On Wednesday the 30-year Treasury hit 5.73%, its highest since 2002.Same week. #Dalio says that combination pops the bubble. I think it’s why the biggest balance sheets are winning. New Money Runner: [link] in first comment.

Great to be on with @AlexCoffeyCS to talk about my favorite topic $JETS $DAL
.@davidnelsoncfa says the headline for $DAL's earnings report will be "fewer passengers, pricier seats." The question for Delta and other airlines is how significant the impact from higher jet fuel prices will be, he says, adding that "Q3 is going to be a miss." Hard to get a connection here. I gave 1 bar. In Idaho. Somewhere out there is 500 head of cattle. Feeling like a City Slicker

The solution to AI risk isn't less tech. It's more. On Making Money with @cvpayne: Nvidia's agent safety play, the bond yield problem nobody's pricing, and two chip names I own. youtu.be/FdybVUcjM8E

Two votes were cast in America. In Defiance, Ohio - a GM foundry town that's poured engine blocks since Truman — they're gathering signatures to ban a data center nobody has proposed. $31 million spent on data-center political ads this year. 99% against. On the App Store, 2.8 million people downloaded Meta's Muse in 12 days. Meta added $190 billion Monday. Every Muse query lands in a building someone wants to ban. You can't have the app without the building. But Ohio isn't the gate. The bond market is. 10-year at 5.2%, a hundred basis points ahead of the Fed. The buildout just became a debt story. The winners are the ones who don't need to ask a hostile bond buyer for permission. Full piece in the first reply.

Well I've had my first interview with an AI Journalist. I have a feeling the avatar is going to get more followers than I will. 🙂
📺 We gave an AI avatar a guest's name and zero script. Here’s what happened—and what it means for the future of journalism. We want your feedback: How did the Avatar's questions hold up against a human reporter? What should we tweak next? The movement and voice need to be improved. How about the quality of the questions? 👇 P.S. Want to test our AI Agent? Drop a comment or send a DM if you'd be willing to be interviewed in our next trial run! Thank you @davidnelsoncfa for sharing your insight with our digital novice!
