TESLA: Nick Roberts, Tesla Managing Counsel in Amsterdam, North Holland, and the Netherlands, announced IPP Storm has secured €330 million ($382 million) in financing for two Megapack projects in Belgium, totaling 300 MW / 1.2 GWh. The projects are located at Ruien with 200 MW / 800 MWh on the site of a former coal-fired power station, and Langerlo with 100 MW / 400 MWh. Here is the best part, according to reports, both sites will not only use Megapack 2XLs, but also Megapack 3s and the Megablock! As you can see in the video, construction is underway at the Langerlo site. Commissioning is scheduled for Langerlo in summer 2027 and Ruien in autumn 2027. The render is Ruien.
