@OlaElectric @bhash @ola_supports My Ola Electric scooter order was placed on 23 June at the Indiranagar Ola Store, Bengaluru. Order ID: 0626-KFQ664 Amount paid: ₹1.88 lakh — FULL PAYMENT made on Day 1. I was clearly told by the sales executive and the Ola app that the vehicle would be delivered within 90 days. Today, even after the promised 90-day period: ❌ No confirmed delivery date ❌ Store team is not responding ❌ Sales executives are not answering calls ❌ App support is of no help ❌ No response to support emails ❌ Had to take an entire day off work and personally visit the store ❌ After considerable effort, I was given the Area Sales Manager's contact — and even the ASM is not answering calls. What makes this even more frustrating is that the RC card for the vehicle was already received from the RTO nearly a month ago, yet Ola still cannot provide me with a clear delivery date. I paid the entire ₹1.88 lakh upfront, and I am simply asking for what was promised: a vehicle delivery date and proper communication. @OlaElectric — is this how customers who pay in full are treated? @bhash — please look into this and ensure accountability. Customers shouldn't have to chase multiple levels of management just to get a basic delivery update. I need a clear answer: Where is my vehicle, and when exactly will it be delivered?
