It seems mildly insane that the TikTok ban was bundled in with all kinds of other stuff. While 70% of the senate voted to pass the bill, were they more concerned with passing the other stuff in the bill?

A little rich coming from the guy that poured gasoline on the banning TikTok fire. But definitely teeters the world into territory where every country bans software from other countries.

This is particularly telling about motivations around delaying the ban. 15M followers on TikTok and probably more importantly as we saw above, if a future president declared that Truth Social (or X for that matter) was a national security threat they could shut it down.
