Patrick Lynch, 42, his son James, 8 and his daughter Caroline, 6, all died Tuesday. Multiple sources said he threw both kids off the top floor, then jumped to kill himself.
Police call it a murder-suicide and say they are "treating this incident not as an accident."
Bystanders rushed in and gave all three CPR. None survived.
Caroline had Williams syndrome. Hours earlier, one of the kids was at daycare like any other day.
A neighbor said: "You could see a horror movie… doesn't match this at all."

A 6-year-old girl was grabbed off her bicycle by a stranger and forced into a car in broad daylight.
But a neighbour witnessed the kidnapping and immediately jumped into his own vehicle to chase after them. He desperately tried to keep up, but suddenly lost sight of the car, with the little girl still trapped inside.
It happened in Louisville, Kentucky. Prentiss Weatherford was outside his home when he saw the man grab the little girl and speed away. Refusing to let her disappear, he jumped into his car and took off after the suspect.
As he followed the vehicle through the streets, Prentiss managed to identify it as a red Dodge Challenger and memorize the last three digits of its license plate. But when the car disappeared from sight, he spotted a police officer and quickly passed along everything he knew.
Police immediately began searching the surrounding neighbourhood, using the information Prentiss had given them. About 30 minutes after the kidnapping, officers spotted a vehicle matching his description.
When an officer opened the passenger door, he found the terrified little girl crying for her daddy. He immediately lifted her into his arms and carried her to safety.
The suspect was arrested, and the little girl was reunited with her family, unharmed.
Sometimes, saving a life starts with simply refusing to look the other way. Thank God Prentiss was there when this little girl needed him most.

Police and Guard members chased him. Two Guard members, 19 and 20, opened fire.
