Gendered Intelligence is telling service providers that they can still allow men into women's services as long as they describe them as "single-gender" instead of "single-sex".
This is known as the "Hampstead Ponds gambit" and it will be tested in court next week.
Sex Matters is going to court on 3rd and 4th of November. The case is about the meaning of a black-and-white sign, and the black-and-white law behind it.

If the world is getting a little too much may I recommend the inexplicably obsolete word ‘latibulating’, from the 17th century? To latibulate is to find a cosy corner somewhere and hide in it.

Extending an invitation to a book supplier who publicly advertises allegiance to a movement which calls for the forced deportation of all non white people, of whatever status or citizenship, to be the ‘in-house’ book supplier at any event - is more than a tad problematic. IMO.

Women have been handed the plant version of every nutrient for fifty years and then told the tiredness is just being a woman.
Told to eat spinach for iron. Spinach iron absorbs at about 2%. The iron in a steak absorbs at up to 35%.
Told to take flax for the omega-3. The body turns a few percent of it into the fat the brain actually uses. A mackerel arrives with it done.
Told to swap the milk for oat. The milk was where the iodine was, and the thyroid runs on iodine.
Told to get B12 from nutritional yeast. Yeast has none until a factory sprays it on.
Told to get protein from tofu, which has half what a lamb chop carries and none of the fat to use it.
Told to cut the yolk for the cholesterol. The yolk was the choline, and the choline was the baby's brain.
Told to go low fat in 1985 and to count calories in 1995, and the hunger that followed got a diagnosis of its own.
Three women in ten on earth are anaemic. The advice for all three has been a leaf.
Every substitution on that list took the animal off her plate and handed her the deficiency, and then handed her a label for the deficiency.
Hashimoto's. Fibromyalgia. Chronic fatigue. Low mood. Perimenopause, arriving at thirty-eight.
She was never short of a plant. She was short of a cow.
Fifty years of being told to eat like a rabbit, and the fatigue filed under hormones.

Replying to @The_TUC
So the TUC is saying it does not support the 2010 Equality Act that consolidated all previous sex discrimination legislation?
And the legal rights of women to single sex services, provisions & sports when sex matters?
For shame.

No, parents absolutely have the right to take a phone away from children for the express reason of them having contact with someone telling them something that the parent 'might disagree with'. Some 'disagreement' has life changing consequences.
Helen, “I’m the parent” establishes responsibility. It doesn’t automatically justify whatever you do with that power.
Taking a child’s phone to stop an adult exploiting them can be protective. Taking it to isolate them from anyone who questions your beliefs needs a very different justification.
What contact are you preventing? What specific danger does it pose? Is the restriction proportionate?
If your only answer is “they might hear something I disagree with,” you’re describing a control freak, not a responsible parent.
You don’t get to rename isolation “protection” simply because you’re holding the phone.

BBC educational content was persistently wedded to transgenderism for years. The damage to children from that movement has been incalculable.

Still in role guys👇And the two women, who are education editor and social affairs editor, are the people who’ve produced BBC sex and gender coverage of any quality. Remember - for years the LGBT team gatekept gender stories. And look at that. He still has a job. What a surprise.

NEW: BBC will no longer have a dedicated education editor as part of proposal that will see 100 jobs go across BBC News.
School leaders call the plan “deeply regrettable” and ask for a rethink.

Absolutely BRAVO @Jebadoo2 👏👏👏
“We could amend this Bill here, there and everywhere, carve out this, tweak that, but at the end of the day the government would still be passing a Bill that says there’s one area, and one area only, of medical practice where you could get prosecuted if you put a foot wrong. That won’t be a chilling effect, that’ll be a deep freeze”
Magnificent from @Jebadoo2 #BinTheBill
