One thing I would like to address. Nitesh Tiwari Sir has chosen to portray Mata Sita as a warrior, a depiction that is not found in Valmiki’s Ramayan. Some people are claiming that this portrayal has been inspired by the Gond Ramayana. Is that true? Has anyone here actually read it? If so, please share your thoughts. Personally, I feel he might have drawn inspiration from Amish Tripathi’s Sita: Warrior of Mithila, the second book in the Ram Chandra Series. #Ramayana #NiteshTiwari #RamayanaMovie #RamayanaPart1

No Motherly Vibe Right? Picking up the shots without knowing the context and spreading a narrative! Good frames abhi to share karo aap sab. I know you will not, that way your narrative will fall apart. #SaiPallavi #Ramayana

I didn't want to bring this in this discussion. Don't talk about ideology. It can change anytime when someone realises the wrong in it. I was a "so called visionary LW" till my college days. Now my LW friends don't speak with me. Rasta Badal lete hain. Matlab ni samjhe toh tumme sach mein problem hain.

Unpopular Opinion I loved Sita's Aspiration - the most Jai Jai Ram - Telugu Version Mangal Rang - Tamil Version. Ravana Tandavam - Tamil Version Main Ram - Didn't Like. And I don't want Jai Jai Ram and Main Ram in the Movie. #Ramayana

😁 🤫🤭🫢 Itni Sachai nahi bolna chahiye.
People are hating Sai pallavi for two reasons. Either they are reach hoes(which I feel they are) or they just want Ramayana to fail bc of whatever reason idk.

Bhai Log I have the best solution 😁 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 I am thinking to book a seat in the projection room and keep the technician on standby to pause, rewind, zoom in, to inspect every frame of the movie for VFX flaws, production errors, costume and make up good ups and every microscopic imperfections. Because, why watch a movie, when you can conduct a full blown forensic investigation and earn a degree in nitpicking? This is the only way of watching #Ramayana Hosting a Watch Party in Projection Room. 🙄 Interested people drop a ✋.

I remember my mother telling me, “Never forget your roots, but always move forward with the generations. If you remain stuck in your childhood, you will never grow. What we liked as a child may not appeal to you, and what you like today may not appeal to your children. Change is inevitable. Accept it and move forward.” Do you really think the music that soothed our ears in the 90s will necessarily appeal to this generation? Mostly, no. They have their own tastes in everything, and they are unapologetic about them. The Millennials often used to think twice before expressing our opinions, but Gen Z? They just don't give a damn! They speak their minds without hesitation. And honestly, that is one of the things I love about them. I will also admit that the music of Ramayana could have been much better. It is not at par with what we expected. Personally, though, I loved Sita's Aspiration. Antara Nandy sang it beautifully. But here is something I genuinely want to understand. If you have a problem with the songs of Ramayana, why do you happily accept DJ remixes of bhakti songs? If modern musical arrangements are the problem, shouldn't the same standards apply to devotional music as well? Mangal Rang is bad, but DJ remixes of bhakti songs are good? Why this double standard? I am not asking anyone to blindly appreciate the music of Ramayana. Criticism is fair, and everyone is entitled to their musical preferences. But shouldn't we apply the same standards of criticism to everything? I want justified answers, not selective outrage or unnecessary judgements! #Ramayana #RamayanaMovie #RamayanaPart1

In actual Hinduism, the gods never saw their counterparts as beneath them Shiva gave Parvati half his body Lakshmi lives in Vishnu's heart In their names she comes first: Sita-Ram, Radhe-Shyam, Gauri-Shankar Placing the feminine below was never dharma, that's patriarchy that created the divide

If you think she is ugly, take a moment and look at yourself. If you call someone ugly, perhaps it is your mindset that needs a purification. Period. And yes, eff off! Movies of this scale and ambition don't come along every day, yet some of you have already decided to hate this film before it has even been released. Purify your thoughts! But then, what am I even saying? Some people call even little babies ugly, let alone a woman. Disgusting! I will defend anyone facing unnecessary hate until my last breath! #SaiPallavi #Ramayana
