So proud of this superstar @JordynSilvs who blew them away in a standing room only room with her presentation today!
Presented our phase II study on abemaciclib and hormonal therapy in recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancer > ER+ Endometrial Cancer: mPFS of 9 months, highest in NSMP subgroup > LGSOC: mPFS of 17.5mts, irrespective of KRAS status, 28% of patients on therapy for more than 3 years! Don’t forget CDK4/6 inhibitors can cause durable disease control in hormone driven gynecologic cancers Honored to be up there in the pursuit to help #gyncancers #ASCO26

Encouraging data on potential predictor biomarker for Dato-dxd Trop 2 IHC expression deemed to fail as highly expressed in NSCLC This is important because patient selection for dato-dxd is key as this is an agent not without toxicity. But Dato-dxd not yet FDA approved

Results from EVOKE-01: No significant OS (primary endpoint) but lower toxicity vs. docetaxel. Could non-inferiority trials be valuable for regulatory approval despite their complexity in setting such as this one? #LungCancerResearch #ClinicalTrials #MedscapeFellows

CheckMate 77T - phase 3 trial of neoadj chemo-nivolumab followed by adjuvant nivolumab is pos for event-free survival. Results may help delineate contribution of adjuvant PD-1 blockade after neoadjuvant chemo-PD1 when looked at in context of CM816. #lcsm news.bms.com/news/corporate-…
