US–IRAN: WASHINGTON REPORTEDLY APPROVES QATARI PROPOSAL
The US has informed Qatar's mediator that it approves the submitted proposal, Al Arabiya English reports, citing a senior source.
Mediators are now awaiting Iran's response.
The report partially supports earlier claims from Al-Araby Al-Jadeed that Washington had approved a draft agreement involving potential nuclear concessions and frozen Iranian funds.
However, those additional details remain unconfirmed, while Iranian official Rezaee has described Washington's response as insufficient.

Binance has begun recovering affected assets for users and continues to work with law enforcement, issuers, blockchain intelligence firms and industry partners to trace, freeze and recover additional funds.
The company has already publicly committed to cover losses through company funds in the prior announcement.
Binance has already reserved over $6.34B of company funds to cover this incident. $5B of these funds are already held in the exact token assets that were impacted. We are completing the purchase of the remaining amount by buying token assets through market channels and OTC channels. We are doing this to match the format of the remaining token assets and address any asset shortfalls. This step can take longer because some tokens may have low liquidity and OTC settlement also takes time. We will share more progress as soon as we can.
These figures do not include frozen or protected assets, which remain subject to ongoing recovery and verification. Currently, $3bn has been frozen, with thanks to our industry partners. We are working with partners and law enforcement to recover the frozen assets.We will continue to use company resources to cover confirmed shortfall and will provide further verified updates as recovery efforts progress. Ultimately, all user funds will be verified publicly through our Proof of Reserves.

대부분 근거없이 홀짝 게임 하는 놈들이 대다수임..
이렇게만 볼 수 없는게 자금 손실을 메워준다 = 다른데 쓸 수 있었던 자금을 써야한다. -> 결국 부채가 된 것이고 이는 예전보다 상방을 제한한다.
오히려 이런때는 좋은 평가를 가졌던 코인들 중에 가격이 떨어진 애들을 줍는게 더 좋다

이번 하락에 나는 추가 매수를 선택했다.
知道大家現在很恐慌，我換個角度來看這件事。
幣安這次被盜，官方目前確認凍結的資產約 25 億美元，大概佔被盜總額的一半。剩下的大頭，主要就是 BTC 和 ETH。
先說 BTC。 被拿走的大約十幾億美元，但要真正變成拋壓並不容易。
比特幣沒有像 ETH 上 Tornado Cash 那樣流動性夠深的大型混幣器。這些地址也會被各大交易所和鏈上分析公司標記起來，要轉移或變現，難度比 ETH 高得多。
回頭看過去的大規模被盜案，2016 年 Bitfinex 被盜的比特幣，一躺就是好幾年。今年 7 月冷錢包廠商 Coldcard 被盜的約 1,800 枚 BTC，截至九月初仍有九成沒動過，駭客只透過跨鏈橋零星換出一小部分。
這次幣安被盜是它的十倍規模，十幾億美元的 BTC，光是拆地址加混幣就是以年計算的工程，後面再走折價 OTC，整個流程至少好幾年。
所以被盜的 BTC 表面上是利空，實際上是變相鎖倉。另一邊，如果幣安動用 SAFU 賠付，之後也得把比特幣補回去。一來一去，被盜的 BTC 短期拋壓幾乎是零，幣安這邊反而可能形成買盤。
ETH 就比較慘。 很多 ERC-20 被換成 ETH 之後再丟進 Tornado，基本上就很難追了。滿打滿算，真正可能變成市場拋壓的，大概是十幾億美元這個量級。
市場信心肯定會受影響，但比特幣本身的直接賣壓，沒有想像中那麼大。
希望這次之後，整個行業能真正聯合起來重視後 AI 時代的資安問題，從熱錢包管理、簽名授權，到 AI 時代越來越強的攻擊手段，甚至抗量子的布局，都該提早準備了。
