Mechanical delay on American Airlines left 100+ passengers missing connections after 10pm at Sky Harbor (PHX). At the customer service desk, an employee yelled at the line of people simply asking about bags and rebooking options, then walked off (ask me for pictures of the person). First class or not, same treatment. Flight crew was fine. Ground staff was not. @AmericanAir. Thanks @Avis for the 11:30pm one-way on my dime. So glad you were able to find a car that late. A+ staff efforts. The 2.5hr drive back was better than sleeping in the terminal, a cheap motel, or a 2+ hour shuttle that still needed a $60 Uber after (AA's options). Thank the Lord for the safe travels and I hope the next round of AA passengers have a better experience.
