Faroo is bringing liquid staking to Pharos with stPROS and here’s a view of what’s actually happening/what you’re getting:
1️⃣ Stake pharos-network:native → Get stPROS:
You stake your PROS and receive stPROS. Your tokens keep working for the network while you still hold a liquid token you can move around 🔁.
2️⃣ Rewards keep accruing:
Network is looking at 5% annual issuance from this month. As such, your actual yield depends on how many people stake, validator performance and fees and your rewards show up through the exchange rate (your stPROS represents more PROS over time) 🤝.

I rolled the windows up, loaded up my favorite playlist and took Professor Octo for a chill evening ride home while still showing him some places on the way.
We may not have been at KBW but you can be sure I and Professor Octo had a memorable time and experience here in the heart of Nigeria 🇳🇬
And has someone who loves riding around, it was fun to have Professor Octo on these ones as I mostly do it alone.

On our way to Central Area, I and Professor Octo stopped by the Bureau De Change district in Wuse Zone 4.
Here, foreign currency notes are traded and like you see in the picture below, I had some dollars my mom needed me to change to Naira for her, Professor Octo signed the transaction 🐙😌🤝.
(On getting down from the car to take this picture, I brushed on my left arm by a blue Highlander’s side mirror 😑, the driver was a nice man who kept on waving and apologizing even when he turned to the lane opposite me) A not so nice but forgivable experience 😄

After leaving the Abuja Continental Hotel, I and Professor Octo paid a visit to the apex secondary mortgage institution and housing finance body in Nigeria. Operating under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, it provides longterm credit and facilitates affordable homeownership across the country.
It also offers micro financing to existing homeowners to refurbish or improve residential properties and it also enables contributors to move into FMBN funded estates immediately and make monthly/annual payments that count toward outright ownership 🏠.
