I just found my lane early; Agribusiness. From production to processing to distribution. All of it. I became the job I was supposed to be applying for.
Some people have submitted 500 CVs and still struggling. That's not because they are less, it's just different lanes, different timing, different grace.
Stop comparing your chapter 2 to someone else's chapter 10. Your path may not need an application letter. It may need you to plant something, literally and figuratively.
When you keep helping without boundary, you stop being a helper in their eyes and you become an obligation. They start to expect it.
The day you say "I no fit this time", you become the villain, even though you've helped 99 times before.
Especially with people close to you. It's not that they are wicked from the start, it's just human nature. Unchecked help breeds entitlement.
