#ICYMI, at participating pharmacies and health care providers #Medicare beneficiaries can now get eight over-the-counter #COVID19 tests per calendar month at no cost. Check out this video from CMS @medicaregov Director Dr. Meena Seshamani and @SecBecerra to learn more.
New Way for Medicare Beneficiaries to Get Free OTC COVID-19 Tests
People with Medicare can get up to eight tests per calendar month from participating pharmacies and health care providers for the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Had to be first in line to get one in Dec/Jan, early Feb.
Now stacks & stacks of #COVID19 tests sitting idle.
Apparently no takers.
I never would have guessed that any realm of possibility would include that the loss, or misplacement, of a stuffed animal would cause me considerable stress & disrupt part, or whole, of any day.
No one envisioned we'd be numb to 6 million deaths worldwide & nearly 1 million in the United States alone.
"In the days and weeks ahead, we expect to see the number of cases, the number of deaths, and the number of affected countries climb even higher."
