From FB : update: a hero showed up today. *But the cops did NOT help- please call the case number is pd261018293650
Cata Balzano showed up today on behalf of the dog in miami that's been kept outside for over a year. she has been there for us before and always steps up when she can
today she drove to 301 nw 96th st herself, to stand in front of that cage and document what no one else would.
a miami-dade sheriff's deputy answered the call. casamajor, id # 10528. she told him she was a reporter. he laughed. "what, are you a dog reporter?"
then he wrote her up for trespassing - while the dog stayed in the cage.
this is why we document. this is why you film. because without it, it's your word against a badge - and the badge laughed.
their mantra is protect and serve. he chose a side today, and it wasn't the dog's.
this isn't over. the dog is in that cage tonight. keep calling.
the case number is pd261018293650. when you call the sheriff's office ask them what they intend to do for this dog.

Running a rescue means the vet bills and food bags never stop coming in. Every single cent goes straight to feeding, housing, and caring for my rescued dogs. If you can pitch in today, it makes a real difference!

I’m no Robin Master — I’ve never purchased a dog. Only rescued strays and shelter dogs.
After two of ours passed, we were dogless until a retired Champion Doberman needed a home (#FrankieTheRedDoberman). Later we were able to rehome another retired Grand Champion.
#IchiTheDoberman’s sudden loss wrecked us. We were then gifted Sakura and asked to help finish her championship.
I fell hard for the breed, but still fully support #AdoptDontShop. I’m grateful I’ve gotten to live with Dobermans without ever buying one.

Happy Aloha Friday 🌺
Celebrating the October anniversary of Sakura’s win🌸
Our CH Synergy’s Moonlight Sakura v Winmar won Select Bitch at the 2025 DPCA National under judge George Marquis, standing second only to the amazing Penny in a competitive field of 126 champions! 🐕🏆
Since then, that very same ring-mate made history! Penny (GCHP CH Connquest Best of Both Worlds) went on to take Best in Show at the historic 150th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Garden, becoming only the fifth Doberman ever to win it. What an absolute honor to have shared the ring with a true legend! 🌸👑
Still so proud of our girl #SakuraTheDoberman.
Fast forward to the DPCA Nationals this October—our co-owners just secured an exciting new puppy playmate for Sakura! The puppy's sire is Gate$ (GCHS/Can CH RN DJ DS DM TKN BCAT WAC), an incredible Dock Diving Master among his many talents🐾 I hope the puppy loves the water as much as his dad! 🌊🐕📸👇Photo of dad coming in comments. Any puppy name ideas?

💔💔💔SENIOR ALERT💔💔BEYOND URGENT IN FULTON COUNTY, GA‼️ Last night, as I was walking out of the shelter, I stopped by Daniella’s kennel💔For the first time, I saw her looking down.💔💔💔I don’t know if she knew what was happening, but it broke my heart. I stayed with her for a little while before saying goodbye.💔
I kept thinking about how hard it must be to stand out when so many dogs are running out of time.💔
Daniella is 7 years old, 50 lbs, heartworm positive, and has done well meeting other dogs. She’s a sweet, calm girl with the cutest cartoon like eyes. She loves treats, and her tail is almost always wagging when you stop by.👍
Her body tells a story. She’s clearly had multiple litters, her skin is still healing, and she’s battling heartworm disease. Her treatment will be covered by the shelter, but she needs someone to give her a chance at life outside these walls.
You might read this and think Daniella needs a little extra TLC. But shouldn’t that make us want to step up for her even more?💔💔
She’s been let down so many times, yet she still greets everyone with the biggest eyes and the fastest wagging tail.Daniella was given an extension for one more day, but she’s still sitting in a kennel, waiting for someone to choose her.🙏🙏
I wish I could tell her that her turn is coming. That someone will see her and give her the home she deserves and she will make it out of here alive. Please help us get Daniella out. If you can foster or adopt, reach out to Fulton County Animal Services. If you can’t, please share her.
‼️‼️Her deadline was last night. All remaining urgent dogs have been given an extension until 7pm tonight.

This sweet, under 2-year-old Doberman was found abandoned in a park in the Land o' Lakes, FL area, severely emaciated from long-term starvation. He was chipped but unregistered, meaning he had to sit in the shelter even longer.
Thankfully, he is now safe with Dobie Ranch Rescue in the Tampa area! Dante is on the road to recovery, eating multiple small meals a day, and will begin extensive medical testing on Wednesday. He has a long journey ahead before he will be ready for adoption, but they will do everything they can to heal him.

Times are tough for everyone right now, and when household budgets get tight, animal rescue funding takes a severe hit. On top of economic pressures, X is flooded with scammers and fake appeals, making people rightly hesitant to donate to anyone.
Trust and transparency matter:
• Longstanding Presence: This account was created nearly 9 years ago, and my personal account has been active on X for 17 years.
• 100% Dedicated: Every single cent donated goes directly toward food, medical care, and shelter for dogs in need.
Verification is key. If you are able to support, even a small contribution makes a real difference for the dogs.
