On the political-economic front, the young People must understand and support the reasons for the economic integration of Africa in the form of the common market and for the political integration of East Africa, leading into the Political Federation of East Africa and possibly for other zones that are compatible. This is to guarantee our prosperity by creating a big and reliable market for the wealth-creators of Africa to sell their products and services and expand, while the regional Federations, guarantee our strategic security by enabling us to defend ourselves on land, in the air, at sea and in space.   It is good for the young People to be attracted by sport, music, fashion, etc. I was when I was young. Indeed, I was a footballer and a cricketer. We, however, quickly learnt that games, music, leisure, are not possible where there is no wealth or security. That is how I had to invest more than 60 years of my now 82 years in search of wealth and security for Ugandans and also some small efforts in Africa.   I am ready to debate this with the youth and all those interested in the social-media.   Signed: Yoweri K.
