Finstad losing in MN01, Stauber struggling (up 6pts in a 2024 electorate), tell me again how @Michele_Tafoya, @LisaDemuthMN, and @RonforMNAG are doing? Let’s finish this stronger than ever, Minnesota. Sign up for a GOTV shift now: DFL.org/gotv Let’s go win!

A lot of pundits are going to write a bunch of convoluted things about the election results in Israel, but the situation is simple: the opposition could IMMEDIATELY form a non-Netanyahu government with a clear majority, if - and only if - they invite the Arab-led parties to join.

Hey @Meta 👋We are currently hosting a get-out-the-vote rally in Osceola County, home to a large Puerto Rican community, and our #LatinosConAngie @instagram page was suddenly taken down while we were actively posting content from the event.
This page is a critical communication tool for reaching Latino voters and mobilizing our community. With just seven days until Election Day, every minute matters.
We are calling on Meta to immediately restore the page and provide an explanation for its removal. Voters deserve access to critical election information, especially in these final days. @andymstone

It blows my mind how economists keep coming up with the same stupid solutions: cut government spending, slash taxes for the rich, raise taxes on the poor, scrap welfare benefits, deregulate financial markets, get rid of basically everything…
And then, time and time again, they act surprised when the result is chaos, unemployment, poverty, depression…
MMT tells you a monetarily sovereign nation can issue all the currency/debt it wants and nothing will happen, claiming that currency and market volatility can easily be eliminated by cancelling the capital account.
This nonsense can only be promoted by someone that does not understand that the currency collapse and creditworthiness slump are driven by domestic citizens and savers rejecting the local currency; it is not an evil conspiracy of foreign investors.
Furthermore, no nation is monetarily sovereign. It always depends on demand. Try to force use or restrict flow, and the currency is worth nothing.
And local citizens are the first to reject an increasingly worthless currency issued by an irresponsible government.
You are welcome

This is one hell of a threat from international capital. And believe me, that is exactly what this editorial is.
If Brazil’s president believes that now is the time to double down on the policies that won him re-election, he will cause a fiscal crisis and a deep recession. His golden victory will turn to ashes economist.com/leaders/2026/1…

The world where MN01 is on the table is PROBABLY not a world where statewide DFL is in all that much trouble. If Trump is sinking Finstad, he also sinks Tafoya/Demuth/Schutz/Jensen/Jude

MITCHELL: If people meaningfully want to save the country, they need to take all that money, ppl like Elon Musk, that’s being lit on fire on TV to do nothing, and set that money aside.
Spend it proactively to create a new infrastructure focused on an actual policy of economic reform and gov’t reform.

UPDATE: Trump’s DOJ is fighting to send armed agents back to the homes of naturalized citizens to ask about their voter eligibility.
This comes after a lower court blocked the armed visits in 9 states.

Elon Musk just gave Greg Abbott $5 million. Sounds like the Elon emails Abbott has been hiding must be more damning than we even knew.

What is happening in Texas?
The Texas Agriculture Commissioner wrote an editorial calling on Governor Greg Abbott to release his private communications with Elon Musk. Abbott is actively fighting in court to keep the communication redacted.
Totally wild.

MITCHELL: Rs are blowing all this money on ads that are actually making things worse instead of focusing on getting out the vote.
They’re buying off influencers to attack anyone who gets out of line, desperately trying to keep people on the plantation.
We went from Joe Rogan, free Twitter, and the marketplace of ideas to the party of Catturd, Insurrection Barbie, and Brenden Dilley.
They’re using Twitter group chats to push inauthentic narratives. It’s completely inauthentic, absolutely disgusting, and it’s a stupid plan.

Alex Pretti's father: We wish Alex was alive. This administration has taken that away from us. We will no longer stay silent about the actions of the Department of Justice. What we have been treated to is cruelty. By Dan Rosen in the US Attorney's office, from the Attorney General Todd Blanche, who has ignored our letter begging for basic information. They have shielded Alex's killers. This is not justice.
👇🏻 Sen race MN update. The polls are too conservative. That’s what we are going to learn next week.
