BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Congressman Jason Crow, who sits on the House Armed Services committee, just announced that his number one goal should Democrats retake the House in November, will be to remove Pete Hegseth from his role as the Secretary of Defense. Let's go.

You’re flat outbreaking the law, and you know it. That’s the pathetic part. Watching you get disbarred will be fun

The DOJ complaint asks a federal court to block Alaska officials from certifying any Senate result "impacted by voter confusion" pending an investigation, if Sen. Sullivan loses and votes cast for Daniel J. Sullivan would have changed the outcome.

You fucking liar. Trump stated that he had ordered DOJ to write this lawsuit.

BREAKING: In a powerful moment, former Attorney General Eric Holder just slammed Todd Blanche for using his power as Attorney General to serve as the lawyer for MAGA's interests and not the American people's. Every American needs to see this.

Todd Blanche is not the Attorney General. He’s Donald Trump’s personal lawyer. He’s Donald Trump’s criminal lawyer. He’s made that very clear.

Todd Blanche is an industrial-grade, constitutionally feral, historically corrupt, traitorous, monumentally inept AG for the history books.

Every Republican in Congress watched Trump fire 17 inspectors general. Not one lifted a finger. They aren't lawmakers. They're accomplices with a pension who need to be fired. Your vote can do that. #BlueWaveIn10Days

I know that everyone is focused on Trump's attacks in California and Alaska. My team is fighting in court in both places.
But the fight for free and fair elections is much broader. Elias Law Group is currently litigating 92 voting and election cases in 42 states plus DC.

To all those out of fear or profit decided to genuflect to Trump, the times they are changin’. Time to pivot.

You took marching orders from Trump. You filed a frivolous and sanctionable case. You are going to lose.
Mary Peltola is going to win this election and when she is sworn in, I hope you are there to sit and weep.
The Department of Justice does not seek to stop any ballot from being cast or to stop the certification of Alaska's election. This litigation seeks to ensure that after Alaskans cast their ballots, they are preserved in a manner so that only Alaska's governing officials have the information necessary to make a determination as to whether Alaskan voters were confused or mislead.
The lawsuit was written by Justice Department attorneys and the Department did not coordinate with any campaign or candidate, but rather relied solely on federal law.

In the back of my head, I keep thinking Trump, Elon and the Republicans have some huge scam approaching for the Midterms. Maybe it's just me.

The @GOP must be thrilled that 11 days before elections, we learn that the Trump family secretly orchestrated a deal to allow Russians to drill Alaska in exchange for a $25 billion "investment" funneled through their proxies.

🚨BREAKING: On behalf of Mary Peltola's campaign and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Elias Law Group has filed to fight DOJ's lawsuit to rig the Alaska Senate election.
We will win this case, Mary will win this election, she will be certified and seated.

Much of it will end with the exit of Trump and his gang, but the degradation of a society that is supposed to care about such things, and the failure of the laws and norms that are supposed to uphold them will linger. And it will get worse unless there's accountability.
"Donald Trump and his family are executing corruption at a scale never previously contemplated in the American experiment. If we are to ever graduate from this era of brazen graft, the first step is to notice." A service, from @MattWelch. reason.com/2026/07/09/the-mo…

This is the last time we will ever vote to hold Trump accountable.
He's lived without consequences his entire freakin life.
He cheated on every wife, cheated on his taxes, cheated to get out of serving, cheated to get into school, screwed every contractor, employee, coworker, investor, bank, follower, and friend, spent years partying with the world's biggest pedophile, gave pentagon contracts to his sons, took a plane as a bribe, and made $2 billion as president by turning us into an ATM...
He is a human crime factory....
He is what Al Capone and Bernie Madoff dreamt about...
And yet...
He's never stepped foot inside a prison cell.
This is our last chance to shove justice in his fat face.
Shit floats, but not above the law. Don't let him get away with it.
Vote.
