Another original thinker at the helm in DOH.
Good idea Minister. Let’s accuse doctors of not working hard enough, & blame them for the problems in our health service. That will improve morale, retention of doctors & outcomes for patients.

Was the most competent.
Latest budget negated that accolade.

Absolutely zero chance of Donohoe losing his seat.
He's the most competent FG TD in the Dail.
Nothing careful about recent budget. Just trying to buy the election from the electorate with their own money.
It wasn’t a mistake. It was a lack of knowledge, training and experience. If being a GP was easy everyone and anyone could be one - but there is nothing easy about it.

Yes, several people on here have told me that it’s a pretty classic case. Im sure it was an honest mistake - tho she’s never had eczema (she’s 89 years old) so I was surprised they thought she’d get it now - maybe it’s normal, I don’t know.
Paschal failed to ensure that recent budget addressed the important issues facing the country.

Pearse Doherty won that row.

I don’t know - presumably a ‘policy / protocol’ drafted by national ambulance service. However it is entirely illogical. An acutely ill patient who wishes to be admitted to a private hospital should in my view be entitled to transfer by ambulance if required.
Public ambulances only transferring patients to ( overcrowded) public hospitals is illogical &ridiculous.
An acutely ill patient going to a private hospital is one patient less to public hospital. In present circumstances this can is a plus for those attending public hospitals

My sister fell very very ill on Sunday in Dungarvan She had been attending the Bons in Cork & the nearest ambulance to bring her there had to come from Dublin because it's a private hospital Public ambulances can only bring a person to a Public Hospital
Dreadful but to be expected.

Patient 3:
👉🏽No recognition of decompensated HF
👉🏽Florid pulmonary oedema
👉🏽No regular medication prescribed
👉🏽Missed Antibiotic Rx
👉🏽Now in ITU
This was a snapshot of 2 days. I dread to think the scale of this danger. It’s not radical to expect universal expertise!
