Thank you for your time, support and encouragement @MarieAMcNair 💜
Met with @MarieAMcNair today to discuss @WASPI_2018 campaign and how it is affecting our local #1950sbornwomen. Grateful for her advice and support #notgoingaway

An investigation by the @PHSOmbudsman
found maladministration and recommended compensation. @Keir_Starmer is misleading the public with his '90% of '50s women knew'. He is presenting the information dishonestly and the media are parroting this falsehood.

At last night's @WDCouncil meeting I raised the hypocrisy of Labour politicians cosying up to @WASPI_Campaign / @waspi2018WD during the UK General Election campaign. Fair play to @Labour_Douglas coming out very quickly calling for a review. Thank you on behalf of Lomond Ward residents who have been impacted.
This ridiculous decision needs looked at again. If it was determined I owed the Government money, I'm sure they'd demand I pay it even if it was a high price.
Every option for ensuring fair compensation must be explored, including payments spread over a number of years to minimise the single year impact on the Treasury.

Thank you for your valued support @jackiebmsp
We cannot add a caveat of “who suffered the most” however, we all suffered maladministration and have been supplying information to that end for years. Compensation is not means tested #waspiwomencantwaitcompensate

Thank you @Labour_Douglas for sticking your head above the parapet. Your #waspiwomen constituents in West Dunbartonshire appreciate it. It’s time for some true democracy #waspiscandal #notgoingaway @WASPI_2018

Recovery isn't linear, it's a journey with ups, downs, and all arounds.
September is our opportunity to share our recovery and give back to others❤️
Watch us recover🙏
Thanks, Donna Boyd and the team at @FreedUpEvents for providing today's tunes 👌

A big step forward today in the fight for justice for the millions of #WASPI women robbed of their state pensions.
Full of admiration for Liz & all my constituents in #WestDunbartonshire who continue to work tirelessly for the fair & fast compensation they deserve

Thank you @BethWinterMP this is the support we are seeking #fairandfastcompensation FAIR being the operative word!
The Ombudsman WASPI report acknowledges DWP failings.
But recommended compensation of £1000 - £2950 will be scant consolation for women who were plunged into poverty through no fault of their own.
As an MP I will push for the highest possible award.

I very much welcome the findings of the @PHSOmbudsman which vindicates the long, hard fought #WaspiWomen campaign. I now call on the government to compensate, apologise and apply this remedy to all affected women across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The SWARM have regularly emailed MPs with our newsletter, The Buzz! It's not a coincidence that these politicians were able to speak so eloquently and passionately at the Westminster debate. They were YOUR voice! Thank you, @BenMLake @peter_aldous @GwynneMP @PGibsonSNP

Here’s why I love @lokiscottishrap . Well, it’s one reason. He speaks hard truths with compassion - because he’s lived those truths.
I hope my forwarding his video might help it find its way to someone who needs it. x
