Proud of these men. They represent HWD well. Grateful for the opportunity to coach 6 of the 8. Uncommon people who fell in love with the work!

@AHSAAUpdates @AABC_Hoops Lets mandate @SynergySST for all Schools!
Read below ⬇️
🧵Every year the playoffs remind me how much easier life would be on all #TXHSBB 🏀 coaches if we did 1 of 2 things ⬇️
1. 📊Mandate @MaxPreps Stat entry, *OR*
2. 🎥Get @SynergySST: an open-source platform where all film is accessible to all (price negotiable)
👇🧵Here’s why
Couldn’t be more true of statements from @CoachCBlakeley in this thread
“Hudl Film Exchanges 🤦🏻♂️ So unnecessary. Takes time, some never send the games. Unnecessary Hudl assist work.”
“No more hiding. Everyone has access to what you do & how you do it, statistically speaking. Even playing field. Make decisions with the same information everyone has.”
Happy for my guy @jd_smelser20. I’ll always be grateful for his time pouring into me and our program at Homewood. I am a better person and coach because of JD.
